Could do better on the breakfast menu. Didn't feel like its worth 13 euros. Would have been nice if there were pancakes, more fresh fruits etc. in the buffet. Although the rooms are comfortable, it could do a little brightness. The room is really dark even with the lights.

The hotel is at a really convenient location. Its 3 min walk to the Heumarkt train station, 5 min walk to the shopping street, and has plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The room was a bit noisy. To be expected in the city center, but it seemed that the majority of noise came from other guests walking in the corridor.

Location is perfect! Really close to the city center and a very short walk to get to all the lovely Christmas markets. Personnel is friendly and happy to help you with directions. Also flexible that we could still keep our car parked for some extra hours after check-out.

Cleaning staff arrived at 9:45. They could come a little later when you have to check out that day and know you didn't leave yet.

Enough space in the rooms, very clean. Personally i wouldn't reccomend the leather on the bed, but sure it's a nice detail :) Friendly staff who gave the right information.

Other than the fact that there was no air conditioning, it was still very priceworthy.

I stayed at the Mauritius-Therme Hotel and not at the Mauritius Komfort Hotel. It was a very hot day and my room had no airconditioning. The staff provided me with a small fan which did not help at all. Needles to say, I didn`t sleep well. Other than that, for the 57 € I paid for the room, I can be very satisfied with the quality.

Up all night. Heard other guests until 3am. Someone’s alarm kept going off every hour. Bed hard as a rock. Green and red strobe light emanating from TV all night.

I booked the room on booking.com, and i read through the facilities they offer that breakfast could be delivered in the room, i was happy about that and thats the reason why i actually decided on this hotel but unfortunately after getting there only to be told there have never had that service.

when we wanted to check in our room had been given to another customer. luckily we didnt come with 3 what the original plan was because they only had a double left and it was next to the parking garage meaning lots and lots of slamming doors of people entering the garage. since this room was in the basement.

Nothing. Worth noting that the elevator does not service one or two upper floors, so keep that in mind if you or your travel companions are limited in mobility.
