The shower head automatically stops every minute, so I have to push the shower head button numerous times to finish a shower.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room and the public areas are clean. The bar offers drinks at very good prices.

One night there was a screaming baby in the room next to me at 2am for about an hour, it was very loud in my room and I actually went to ask if I could be switched to a different room because there was no way I could sleep. Unfortunately all the rooms were full and I couldn't move. Eventually the baby stopped screaming at about 3am.

Perfect location, very close to the main train station and a scenic walk to other key parts of the city. It was all very clean - I had a single room and shared bathroom facilities and these were always very clean and tidy, could not fault. The breakfast was also pretty good for pretty cheap so no qualms there.

I've been here many times but the first time with a shared toilet: a window would be great asset 🙄 Also could not figure out how to turn the bed lamp off 🤣

The wifi had a really poor connection. For the most part I only had one bar sometimes two, so I had to use my personal data.

The mattress is too soft. And the shower water pressure is too poor to take a “real” shower. The dorm is next to a street which could be noisy at night.

The staff is very friendly. I didn’t bring cash for borrowing a pad lock, so he just wrote a note for his colleague. The location is very central, and it’s just near the main train station. It’s really time-saving for me to catch the morning train.

1. There is no hairdryer in the toilet of the 4 beds mix room whilst I can see in the public bathroom. 2. No towels provided. 3. The 3 men in my room are snoring very loudly whilst sleeping like symphony.

Good location, can walk to all main sceneries. Restaurants all around. Provide lockers which can put in my 26 inches luggage. But need to prepare the padlock myself.

Was a nice small room, quiet facility with a shared bath. We never had to wait to use the bathrooms or showers, we showered at night. Staff was friendly and onsite at all times Was on a street with lots of other hostels and felt safe for 2 females traveling alone

the area near the main station isn't particularly pleasant. In my hostel room, there was no windows and it was stuffy at night. The hostel part is located directly near the bar and all the noise from it is audible in the room.

It's a perfect place to stay for a few days for relatively normal money. My sleepping place in the hostel was equipped with a lamp, sockets, a shelf, and a curtain that gives some private space. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Location near the main station can be seen as an advantage but...

The air dose not seem circulating when the window was closed. But if the window was opened, it feels that someone might break-in easily.

They had a fridge and allowed you to eat your own food which was great, however the fridge was behind the receptions (not intentionally but due to german regulations or something). It was a little bit tedious to ask reception everyday however reception was super nice and helpful every single time. (I asked 5-6 times over 4 nights and they were happy to help every single time)

I think it's a bit expensive for a backpacking type of hotel even though it's located in the Munich center.

The front desk was so friendly, very accommodating. The place is so close to the main station. You can leave your bags in lobby area for free.

I would recommend rooms on the second floor or above as the bar music is loud.

The rooms were a tiny bit unclean and I couldn't find an appropriate place for my wet towel. Both minor inconveniences, but enough to drop the experience from an outstanding 10 to a still excellent 9.

Big space to leave your bags in, very comfortable beds that offer just enough privacy, while also providing things like an available power outlet and a sort-of "nightstand". Post checkout baggage storage and other extra conveniences are also a huge plus in my books!
