The bed was so terrible, internet signal was so weak and cut off from time to time.

Room was big and clean enough, the location is so good one near from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation.

We visited during summer and we raised concern that heater is not switched off and due to that we had to open the window overnight and slept which is not safety. They need to fix this. Also there is no coffee and water bottles and wit the price other hotels providing water hotels. But the staff is good and nice.

The elevator is small and very slow. There was no AC in the room, luckily it wasn’t needed, but it is something to take into consideration during hotter times.

Good area, and good connections if you’re visiting the cultural aspect of Berlin. A bit far if you’re in for the nightlife

At 6.50 in the morning someone tried to open the door in which was inside the Key but someone open and i start to say stop stop !!!! And someone run.. i go down to reception tell about this and ask about camera, but girl nice in reception tell me that is no camera upstairs. Just in the reception. Hotel have two entrance and every time every one can come without show paszport or id. Katastrofa. I was very stressed so in one hour i packed my bag and go to different place. For future i recomend to do more camera upstairs for safe your klients!

Old furniture, but it might be an authentic spirit of Old Berlin.

The elevator is tiny and if it is occupied by the cleaning team, it takes forever. The room and the building quite old.

The room was quite spacious enough, we even have a couch and a table. The location is great, walking distance to U-bahn and S-bahn.

Although there are some signs saying that smoking is forbidden, I couldn't stand the smell of cigarettes. I believe that, because of the balcony ( unfortunately), most of the smokers use this area and leave their "trail" I also didn't enjoy so much the lift because it was reaalyyy tiny and difficult if your caring too many bags

The location was reasonable. Not close to the main attractions but close enough to the tube, which is really good considering we are talking about Berlin. The room is spacious and has a balcony with a nice view, which is also a plus

No sound insulation between rooms and corridors. Seemingly popular with highschool classes. Earplugs recommended. Sketchy wifi.

Good location and value for money. Simple but clean hotel in the heart of Berlin. Very close to the shopping street Kurfurstendamm. Nice bakery open from 6.30 within walking distance.

The decor is a little tired, the duvets are very small on the single beds, the bathrooms in need of some renovation. The wifi was not good.

My room had very high 4 metre ceilings and looked onto an interior garden/courtyard, so was very quiet despite being on a main road, there was a good variety for breakfast and only 10€ extra. The staff were very friendly.

One of the stuff working in midday shift with white short hair was about to destroy the door of my room because the time was 11:13 and i should check out at 11 ,and he shouted!!!
