The breakfast room is pretty small and got packed quickly! The surroundings of the train station are not great but the hotel is just at the border between those surroundings and nicer areas (5 mn walk from the banks of the river)

This hotel was better than I expected. As per other comments left here, the staff was very nice and always willing to help. I got a nicer room than initially booked in (with a balcony!). Breakfast had a nice selection and staff was friendly (note: you can ask for eggs any way you like). Everything in the room was well thought out (i.e. the plug within the nightstand) and very clean. Little plus with the fridge in the room with a selection of beverages free of charge.

The location is a bit shady, there are people selling drugs on the street next to the hotel, I did not find it very safe. Also the room was very small.

Only negative point is that it is close to the central station BUT we do not necessarily have to pass by the central station to visit other areas

A little maintenance goes a long way. The room was a little loud for me because the balcony door didn't seal properly. Otherwise no complaints and no dislikes

The hotel's location was very close to the train station, within a 2-3 minute walking distance. Additionally, it was within walking distance to Kaiserstrabe, where restaurants and bars are located. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. While some reviews mentioned that the rooms were small, in my opinion, they were not too small, and they didn't feel cramped. The breakfast was quite sufficient and tasty. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. If I were to visit again, I would choose the same hotel, and I would recommend it to others as well. Staff very helpful- arrived in Frankfurt Germany on first day of our journey to learn of a national rail strike the following day. Staff provided advice and looked up on internet regarding rail operator not affected by strike and enabled us to get to our destination the following day.

There was quite a bit of road noise, plus quite a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the foyer, stairs, and a few times it came into our room (maybe through the balcony doors?). At point I was showering and the water pressure and temperature were very low, but after a few minutes it got much better.

The beds were very comfortable and the curtains blocked out a lot of light. The breakfast was varied and all the things we ate were tasty.
