The bed was a bit soft for my personal preference. Cannot really see it as a negative point.

Very easy to reach from central station. Polite and friendly checkin. Modern and well equipped clean rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were very poor / not much foam in them and they were very uncomfortable so a rolled up towel did the trick!

breakfast was included which was a very nice surprise as we did not know this plus they also provide free drinks in the mini bar in your room. very convenient to the station but make sure you exit at the right exit - when getting off the train... head to your right and then a short walk from there.

The only minus of the hotel is its noisy location right next to a big road, close to the main station. It gets a little more quiet during the night, but without window closed and earplugs I could not have slept there.

The rooms of this hotel are very new and modern, and very comfortable. Given the relatively low price of the hotel, this is exceptional value for the money! Another plus is that the hotel is very central (also minus, see below), with lots of amazing multi-cultural food options around the corner (if you can tolerate the red-light/drug district part of it).

OK hotel; Unsafe location. We felt unsafe walking in the streets because of the clientele on the streets. Choose another location closer to the river.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the zone around the hotel/station is not very nice, just take care to go towards the center and not the other way.

The room was very nice, the employee on the front desk was really nice and helpful. Excellent location if you are taking a train from Frankfurt station.

the sheet can be cleaner. it is little noisy for the light sleeper.

The floor in the bathroom is wet after taking a shower. Bad isolation of the shower cabin.

Perfect for a short stay between connection flights or trains. Close to the Central Trains Station (walking distance) as well as to the airport (by train). Good breakfast. Good location for sightseeing of the historical city center, reachable by foot.

The area around the train station is a bit sketchy. I ventured out to find food and didn't feel very safe so I grabbed some food and returned to my room to eat.

The hotel is centrally located and close to the train station. Facilities were clean and the front desk staff was very nice and accomodating.

Parking was limited but most hotels nearby were the same

Stayed at the Hotel Europa for 3 nights in early April. We dropped off our bags on route to car hire return and when we got back to the hotel they had sent up our bags to our room. It is a family run hotel with very nice staff. Check in was very quick and Sunni gave all information given as to wifi and breakfast times etc. We were on the 7th floor and the room was large ( No.72 )with two TVs and a double and single bed, room controlled air con and a well lit and ventilated bathroom with a walk in shower with plenty of towels, hair dryer and good extractor fan. Hot water flowed within a few seconds of turning the taps. the room had 4 fully opening triple glazed windows which cut out the street noises very well. The mini bar fridge was quite at night and stocked with water and other mineral drinks free of charge. The room was very clean and made up every day. The breakfast was very good with fresh bread and croissants ,fruits and cold meats. you can have eggs cooked to order boiled, scrambled ,fried.. They have a selection of teas, coffee and juice. The hotel has a tram stop at the hotel for access to the rest of the city and the main train station is a 4 minute walk away. There is a small bar coffee room at reception area

There were many homeless people near the hotel and when you go out it's a bit shocking.
