Room was on the third floor, thus was a bit of a struggle getting luggage up with with no lift. Tried to contact the host for general queries (such as spa tax, etc.) but was pretty much unreachable by phone or via messaging on whatsapp/booking.com. Heating turned off by itself at night, as a result caught a minor cold the next morning, which was not appreciated. The setting needs to be changed or it needs to be made clear that heating will automatically turn off at night. Handle to outside curtain was broken, so could not shut for full privacy.

Full apartment provided, which was value for money. It included a kitchen, toilet with shower, living room, 3 bed bedroom. Overall very clean and came with aesthetic looks. Balcony provided nice views of foresty hills. Hot water available in kitchen and during showers. Plenty of space to store luggage and clothing. Towels were provided. WiFi was available throughout the apartment. Self check in was done for which instructions were sent the day before. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms had plenty of sockets to charge tech items.

Absense of parking, apartment is rather old and requires a bit of refreshment. Mold in the shower.

Spacious apartment, with enough sleeping places, kitchen is well equipped with everything needed, enough towels. Location is gut, 3 or 4 bus stops to the city center. Easy check-in and check-out. Beds were also ok.

We had to ask how to find the entrance as the advice for entering the property were confusing. Google maps took us to the back of the building and we had difficulty finding the front door. The decor is very tired but the apartment provides everything you need apart from a TV which we didn't need anyway.

The apartment was large and very quiet. The location was about 10 mins walk from the centre and on a bus route from the train station. The instructions for finding and entering the property need revisiting but once we found it we were happy as it provides very good value for the money so long as you do not mind the rather tired decor.

There is no parking at the apartment, which we were told, but the recommend free parking is a 5 minute walk away and in the reserved parking spaces of a closed down restaurant. It has towing signs all along the area and we were worried the whole time that our car would get towed. We were in and out for 5 days and it was okay. Its just a long walk with our stuff and always a worry since you are not officially allowed to park in the spaces. Although there were good washing machines it was difficult to hang clothes to dry. We were told to hang them in the loft on the washing line ropes, however they were always full of the bedding etc for the apartments as that is were everything is dried for all 6 apartments they have. Also there are a lot of spider webs, flies, etc up there and it is really dusty and musty. The beds were the standard hard mattress with useless puff pillows which we don't like, but it's standard for Germany.

The location is excellent, it is just a short walk from the town and in a quiet residential area. The whole building is for holiday apartments. It is complicated to find and they could do with better instructions, you have to go through another apartment block to get to it. The apartment was clean and spacious. It is an old building but some modernisation has been done. There were all the basic equipment for simple cooking but the oven had no racks in it and the fridge was small. The shower is small but a good pressure and temperature. There is a nice little balcony with a couple of chairs on it. The apartment seemed best suited to very short stays where you didn't need to cook much or clean clothes etc. Most people seemed to stay 1 or 2 nights and it's perfect for that.

Unfortunately owners doesn't speak english (least of all italian), then the relation can be only by email. The structure is not easily visible from the street, it's necessary enter through a door and cross an hallway to reach the correct building, probably wold be better if they post a picture of the door visible by the street. Our apartment was at last floor and without lift was difficult reach it with baggages; we asked the owners for a change due to an ankle accident but there weren't other accommodations free and they proposed us to cancel the booking if we were able to find another one (but we remained).

The apartment is located in the immediate periphery of Baden Baden then the center of the city is easy reachable by walk in 10-15 minutes. Is well dotated in terms of bed lined, towels, and kitchen devices (microwave, kettle, etc...). The rooms are large enough and there is also a little balcony. There are in the basement some washing machines and dry, that probably are available for the guests but we didn't use.

Being an older building with wooden floors, we found the heavy-footed sounds and scraping of chairs from the apartment above us to be a bit annoying... but this issue would vary depending on who was staying up there.

Quiet location quite close to central Baden-Baden. Everything in the apartment worked well, good hot water, etc. Very spacious.

Apartment was a little bit dated and tired looking

It was a good price for the area as everywhere else in Baden-Baden was really expensive. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Apartment was nice and clean. Had a little back garden with a seating area where we had barbecues. Had a little parking spot for the apartments at the back. Good communication from the owner about parking spot etc as apartment was a little hard to find at first.

Struggled initially to get into property but quickly sorted after phone calls and then a text with all information. States in information that the property has a washing machine, which it hasn't but was one of the reasons we chose this particular one.

Tricky to find out how to actually get to the front door (you have to enter through another building and then via a garden). If a passer by hadn't of stopped and given us directions, it would have been a struggle to get in.

The instructions to checkin were not clear at all. I have let the host also know how to clarify the checkin. They should add how to get to the keybox. Also the host did not have whatsapp and so was tough to send pictures to them to ask how to get in. If that can be sorted, the rest of the stay was great.
