Cooking for 6 is a bit of a challenge in the small cooking area.

This is a great apartment for 6 people, and the living/dining area is a real bonus. Breakfast was excellent with a large buffet and freshly cooked eggs to order. Cooking facilities are provided although there are good restaurants in the village and in Oberammergau which is only 3km away, reached by walking, langlauf, bus or train!

Veronika and team were amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible and I found myself trying to duplicate it at home because the kids enjoyed everything so much.

There is no ac but there are fans.

It is perfect for families. Location is great and close to basic needs. Quiet. Community where residents know each other. You will feel safe. 5 mins drive to grocery stores, restaurants and some good places to visit. And of course, just driving on the road gives amazing scenery. Ms. Veronika, the owner is a wonderful person. You will know it immediately after meeting and talking to her. My kids, especially my 6year old son likes her very much and looked for her every morning at breakfast. She also recommended good places to visit. The Konigscard is a bonus. We used it and able to do few things for free (few because we stayed only for 3 days). She also explained it well to us. The rooms were clean. There were fans, 1 for each room. We were there when it was warm and bit humid, but we managed to get good sleep. We only used the oven once and never tried to cook much. But the kitchen is well equipped. Parking is close. The place is highly recommended and we wish to come back. Ms. Veronika made our stay a great experience.

Maybe check if you can get Apartment 1 with a better area to sit and eat and play. Apartment 1 also has proper showers.

Veronika and her team are amazing! Unterammergau is a cute little clean village and you quickly everywhere…. We had an amazing time! 🫶

The breakfast is plenty and the view of the breakfast room is so lovely. The rooms are so spacious . This apartment is so peaceful and lovely decoration. Moreover , when we had a problem with our car . Veronika and her team helped me as we were their family . I’m so grateful. Let’s stay at this apartment , you’ve got good things more than you expected . Thank you Veronika and the team .

Do not arrive in Unterammergau on a Wednesday...everything is closed then!

It was fine, no complaints.

Very cute chalet with multiple rooms for our group of 10. Breakfast provided was awesome. Both apts had kitchens we really didn’t use as short stay but very nice.

Lovely apartment with plenty of space for our family. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The massive sofa in the lounge was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Communication with the host was very easy with fast responses to my questions. The icing on the cake was the fantastic breakfast buffet in the morning, served in a beautiful sunny room. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

We arrived earlier than indicated and had to wait several hours to access our room.

We treated like VIPs. We given directions and information without asking about the Passion Play and additional sightseeing advantages. The staff took their time. The breakfast which was included was beyond expectations and rivals anything we have had since.

We enjoyed so much about this place ..the large space, the breakfast, the ability to take the train to/from the Passion Play, and the comfortable beds. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The eggs in the morning were cooked to our liking and the portions were generous. We highly recommend this place.

My friends and I booked this guesthouse as a base to explore the region for a couple of days, and we were not disappointed. The three-bedroomed apartment was very spacious and had excellent facilities. Everything was also very clean. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was wonderful and we were encouraged to take some things away with us so they would not go to waste! Having the KönigsCard was also a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Veronica was there to hand over the keys and got us checked in. Parking space was free and easy. Breakfast was superb. Veronica went out of her way to prepare Muslim-friendly breakfast during our stay. Definitely recommended.

We like everything about it.

The apartment we stayed was very comfortable and spacious for our family. The kitchen with dinning room is perfect to have dinners there and then relax in the spacious living room.
