Internet speed on the 3rd floor can use some improvement

Easy check in, a very comfortable bed (one of the best beds I have ever slept in on my travels) and location is walkable from everything you need in Rust

We had apartment on last floor And last stairs wasn’t solid, but with empty space in between, which is completely fine for humans But my 29kg dog was afraid to go upstairs So it would be nice to mention it before, then i can think how to put dog upstairs, thank you

Really bad WiFi on the third floor, no towel for feet, two mattresses in the bed which kept getting apart, so that was not really comfortable

There were not enough pillows, so we used a couch pillow. The reqction time of the personal was too late and not helpfull. There was no tv in the living room, so in the evening we all went to the bedroom where a tv was installed

The bathroom was tiny and outdated but functional, although the storage drawers were filthy with hair and so were the glasses to put our toothbrushes. It's too bad because the rest of the place was very nice and esthetically pleasing. We still enjoyed very much our stay.

The partment is very roomy and the docoration made it feel very warm and welcoming. The proximity by foot to the Europapark entrance was very good.

They were supposed to send the door code so we could enter but they never did. Staff are unresponsive to Booking messages, I tried multiple times and ended up having to call. They answered quickly, but were quite impatient with me.

you don't see the staff at all, you do everything online, that's why you have to have roaming to receive an e-mail with the entrance code, otherwise you can't enter the facility, probably because some of the contents in the facility are of poor quality... but the facility is new and nice and really looks like . the room that was in the attic has only one chair for the two of us and no wardrobe. There is nowhere to hang your jackets. Now everything looks OK. I don't know how it will be in a few years...the wrong key for the room was left in box for us, that's why we had to call the owner of the building, she solved it very quickly, but again it was unnecessary Why did it happen?

you need to walk 20 minutes to Europark...5 min to lidl and edeka...the owner seemed very friendly when we spoke to her

I initially did not receive the code to get the key from my apartment. I had to call them like six times, before they picked up the phone. Really embarassing to say the least.

the shower door didn’t close properly but that’s about it.

It was super clean and really close to europapark. We walked there every morning and even left our car at the property so we saved the parking money.

The light in the hall kept blinking and since there is a windows between the hall and the bed room it was quite annoying. At the end I had to remove the fuse to stop it. The second problem is that there was no shutter in the second room and thus the light woke people io

Maybe if you put a radiator in the bedrooms it’ll be more comfortable. the apartment was a little too cold when we arrived.

I absolutely loved everything about the small appartement. I could find whatever I want in the kitchen, the sofa bed was also very comfortable and the bed was so neat. The only thing that I found problematic was the fact that the staff was unreachable. We tried to call them but not to avail and the office was always closed. I was wondering if you could fix that?

I really love the place. It was neat, wonderful and not far from the supermarket and the attractions. I would be more than pleased to come back.

No kitchen area so we had to wash dishes in bathroom. Stairs are quite narrow and sharp angle.

Parking place in front of building. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants in Rust. 5 min drive till Europa Park. We didn’t spend a lot time in apartment and didn’t use breakfast there. Apartment is clean and spacious.
