One asked me to pay for my breakfast which was included which I thought was rude.. checking in late was a nightmare as the code they gave was wrong. I had to use my phone to ring reception a number of times. The guy on duty from 1030pm onwards his English was non existent and I could not find my room. Checking in late is a nightmare

This hotel has its own advantages and disadvantages”The pillow was terrible, it was completely flat, although I ask for another one, they didn’t pay attention at all, not a friendly host at reception! The kettle in room was deadly dirty, it would be better to remove it from room!!

The bathroom had no toilet paper or tissues and the toilet was not clean. I would only recommend this place for a one night stay and if you do not mind the fact that the cleanliness is very poor.
This was the cheapest option I could find for accomodation near Hamburg.

France2 reviewsVery poorThe staff were so rude to us and the manager even more, the woman that was there she started yelling at us before the check-out telling us in a very unnpolite way that we can't be here and it was still 10.50 and she started yelling at us and telling us we have to be out and started picking our personal items without our permission out from the room. Also the room that we have booked it wasn't like in the pictures and when we asked to get another room, they told us we didn't pay it in advance and it was actually already payed and had to stay in a room for 6 person there when we were just two.
