Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI think it’s overpriced for what you get. I wanted to pay for the breakfast and it was 50€ additional which I thought was ridiculous since it’s a buffet. The room was not clean at all-dust everywhere, speck of who knows what on tables, cups with coffee that was still inside…I think for the price you are paying least they can do is clean the room. Also, I saw they leave robes in the room usually which I didn’t have, nor did I have a dental kit included so I had to call and get it which I think it’s pretty embarrassing for a hotel like this.
It is really close to the terminal 1 exit A where I was after going through passport control so it took me 5mins to get to the hotel and that was perfect. I wish they had more signs for directions since it would be easier to find it without the maps.

IsraelThe only downside is that there is no soundproofing in the hotel rooms. You can hear absolutely everything coming from your neighbors.
We had a 13-hour layover in Frankfurt and decided to take a hotel to rest and refresh. They were super accommodating and held a room for our for our 9am check-in. The staff were awesome The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

AustraliaSign-posting from airport is very poor, especially if you arrive on an inter-terminal shuttle bus. Very annoying if you arrive tired on a late flight and struggle to find the hotel. If signage can't be improved then surely the hotel could provide detailed instructions and/or map when booking is confirmed. Also, lifts/elevators are somehat slow and inadequate for a hotel of this large size. Not a major problem but if you are on an upper floor you need to be aware of need to allow several minutes to reach reception/restaurant/exit level.
Breakfast fine although serving doesn't start until 6.30am - a little late if you have an early flight. Perhaps should have a limited "self-serve" option for those who need to leave early.

Being located at the airport saved a lot of commute time at departure for us, yet was a couple of train stations away from town by way of the U or S-Bahn. A big thank you and kudos to Christian Ludwig at the front desk for helping us secure a late checkout albeit with a small charge despite the hotel being full. The Premium King rooms were better appointed and more updated in style and comfort.

United StatesToilet (at least in our room) needs to be replaced. It looked new but took multiple button pushes to flush. It was as if there was no water pressure at all. Restaurant food choices were expensive, but the airport is nearby.
