It is a good place to stop during a long ride through Germany—no need to exit the highway. Hotel just do its job, nothing fancy nothing to complain about.

But the breakfast was lousy, no eggs, no juice, dry bun and dry croissant, xxl cappucini was half a cup, and wasn't ready at 6 but only at 6.15, let`s get B&B back

Lacked lighting outside and the rooms were not spacious. Very tight for a family room that sleeps 4. Pillows were small.

The reception is situated at the coffee shop counter, bad part being the hotel clients have to wait for check in until the employee on duty serves everybody else ordering coffee/snacks or paying for the shopping. This is how it's prioritized. The indications for the parking are not visible nor intuitive. I didn't particularly like the smell of carpets; to me it seems more practical and hygienic not to have them at all.

The hotel is perfect for one night rest if you don't want to waste time while driving on the highway. The room looked much better in reality as compared to what we saw in the pictures. It was clean and decent. The parking is situated close to the hotel, just steps away from the rooms. Convenient check out.

The staff. I arrived at night. I could not find the entrance. I had to go around the circle several times. When I finally found a place, the employee didn't like my mood, he started asking why I'm not happy and if I'm in that mood he won't serve me! I had already paid for the hotel room in advance and the only thing I wanted was room keys and sleep. Next time I will choose another place to stay.

Too a bit of time in late evening to checki in, as reception is in nearby restaurant. Probably I have missed that information. Aircon did not work.

There is NOTHING in the room no cups no coffees nothing just towels. WIFI is not accessible and reception said she can do nothing to it (wow)

The location is in the service area of freeway. Traveling expert finds it but not easy to assess for normal people. Pet friendly makes hotel public place full of smell of dogs.

What needs to be improved: Uncomfortable bed, very small pillow, WiFi limited to 3 devices, no breakfast. ‏The reception is in another building and was very hard to find it ‏the hotel is not easy to get around in very confusing. They should put signs and more lights at night

A very good choice for transit. Beds and pillows quite comfortable. In the evening lift didn't work so heavy bags had to be carried on the floor. In general pretty decent place but for a one night sleep on the road is just perfect.

You will not find the Wi-Fi password in the room you have to go and ask at the reception, then we took the family room but at the shower you will find only 2 towels , we was 4 people, 2 kids and 2 adults, they doesn’t provide you like other hotels with tea and coffee on the room, more then this not even a kettle, but there is nice staff ,that is good , they will help you with everything, just I think they should work little bit on this particular things.

The property is located near the motorway you don’t need to drive to much, it is clean, and the room is ok for one night stay , I mean for rest.

The reception is really badly designed - it is actually at the motorest café and the staff is always busy with the main (?) business. We were there at the morning, before noon and very late and night and had to wait every time. It is not a fault of the staff, but understaffing. The location is excellent if you just need a place to rest at the highway and go right off in the morning, otherwise it is far from everything. Sadly, it is one of only a few places if you want to be (relatively) near Pegnitz.
