Friends of mine stayed here, they marked supercomfort and location of the apartments. Room is much bigger than expected, it was clean, all the appliances are modern and seemed to be barely used

I would love some extra light for the night because there was only a single and small ceiling light in the kitchen. That wasn't prohibitive though. An iron would also be nice just in case a guest needs to straighten clothes. Still everything was great.

Great location almost in the heart of the city and accessible multiple transportation vehicles. Big room with a great view and a nice balcony. The room included multiple amenities. The check-in and check-out were also easy and automated. Definitely a great place to stay.

Excellent location for first time visitor to Berlin. Easy to access. Very clean, safe and comfortable. Great facilities such as laundry and luggage storage.

It was looking a little tired with lots of scuffs on the walls, could do with a fresh lick of paint.

The location was perfect! The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed, it also felt very secure.

TV wasn't working properly - probably needed retuning? Bit unnerving having a sign saying you must cook with window open and if the fire alarm goes off and the fire brigade are called out you'll have to pay the 2300 euro fine. Would be better to design and build rooms where cooking doesn't set off the alarm. It's slightly nervewracking arriving in a new city, to an unstaffed building with just a pin code...

Very clean. Room was spacious with lots of storage. Kitchen small but had everything we needed. Really useful to have things like oil, salt and pepper. Very big and comfortable bed. Room was quiet (though we had a courtyard room and those facing the road may be noisier). Great that we could restock on things from easily accessible room in the basement. Building centrally located and pin easy to use.

All the communication with the property happens via Whatsapp. Amount of messages is overflowing, in my opinion, and chatbots are not yet sharp. But this is rather minor detail. Would be great to be able to have info about the allergens in the prepacked breakfasts.

I liked all the facilities and location. Very centrally located and still very calm in the evening.

Loved the location and modern apartment. Great view over the roof tops from our apartment on the 5th floor. Easy online checkin and checkout. Extended our stay because we were enjoying ourselves. Heaps of restaurants and cool shopping spots in this area. Plenty of transport with Sbahn and trams all very close. Only 2 S Bahn stops from Berlin Hauptbahnhof.

Some phishing attempts through the booking site and whatsapp. Very unsettling, including after checkout. Shower head a bit worn out.

Easy to check in and get access code. Very good locatio for seeing Berlin. Had well equiped kitchen. Good price.

I liked/loved all of it. I thought there was going to be a hob or microwave or something, but there wasn’t. But it did not spoil my stay. It may have been my fault for not reading the room description well enough.

Unfortunately the booking process, including obtaining final confirmation & access code/room number was convoluted, time-consuming & anxiety-provoking. The online process wasn’t fit for purpose, so had to resort to telephone support which, to be fair was prompt & excellent, but I was already frazzled, by then.

In the room, you can prepare food yourself, but the lights did not work and it was too dark. With hotel AI help, they could not resolve TV problems, and no one showed up the next day. It was quiet, and I did not hear noise from other rooms, but the walls vibrated when someone closed the door. I just think that they have to work a little bit more with the concept to meet possible problems.

The location was excellent for walking or taking public transportation; the room was large, and everything was close by. There are some nice restaurants around. I also had the breakfest, which was delicious and just the right amount for me. Overall, I think it has value for money.
