Everything’s amazing, only at higher temperatures it would be better to have a real a/c. The air flow in our room didn’t work as a/c and was loud but u can’t regulate cooler temperatures. so it stayed quite warm and the street is busy when opening the window.

The cleanness was disappointing. There is a lot to do make it better. But the solving of the problem was very good. Also the Apartment and hotel is locate in a more industrial or business area.

The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and child-friendly. Overall, a positive, professional and customer-oriented service that actually deserves *****. There were major problems with the cleanliness of the apartment and the kitchen utensils, but these were quickly resolved and sorted out politely. In this way we can also enjoy the bar, which is highly recommended and worth mentioning.

The rooms did not feel as clean as it could be, especially the floors. The cleaning could also be done more often. We stayed for 2 weeks but only had cleaning scheduled twice.

Convenient location, lots of useful amenities for long term stay like washing machine and lobby for all guests to hang out in. Security is tight, only allowing guests with card access to enter the lobby

Some of the amenities in the bathroom were missing (just empty boxes), however, the hotel provided everything on request.

My second visit, everything was amazing again, I even got a gift for St. Nicholas Day (very lovely touch). Will consider again if visiting Goettingen for the third time.

The location is not great to get to the city, but that was not an issue for us.

Fantastic apartment with cool design and everything you need for a few days! Value for money was amazing. Staff is very friendly. The design is great everywhere. The hotel is still pretty new. We have stayed twice already and really enjoy the spacious room and bathroom. The shower is huge. You will find what you need here. Parking is also an option here.

The room was spacious and large with a table and chairs. The distribution was really convenient. We took a room with a kitchen that was equipped to a high standard, along with a modern design. The supermarket is close where you can buy products. We sat in the hotel bar in the evening and the feeling was pleasant and the service was good. Everything was perfect!

Bed was too soft for my bf..he was sinking like the titanic While sleeping. Would have been much better if Staffs at the reception wud be nicer, smiling n friendly to all guests no matter where guests r from. Please keep charming n happy staffs at the reception

Comfortable and stylish apartment, very nice location, very good breakfast served in East of Italy restaurant (which is also very nice for dinners). There are Miele washing machines, tumble driers and a steam ironing system on the ground floor available for guests’ use. Good for both short and long stays in Goettingen
