The room had a strong smoke smell because apparently the previous guests smoked all the time in the room. We could change the room right away without any issues and the new room was fine, no smoke smell.

Great value for money for the region, parking is provided, the staff is professional and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. Can recommend for a business trip.

By opening the balcony we were having a truck in front of the door, since the balcony was located in the parking lot.

The location is nice if you have a car. If you are dependent on the bus then mind the timings especially on Sundays and public holidays. The toilet had a very bad smell. I Had to air it out for a while before it was useable.

The rooms have no air condition. Having to open the window at night and due to noisy neighbors, sleeping was a bit difficult. The kitchenette equipment is quite old and, by almost all standards, incomplete.

Never got in. There is no reception or agent at thr property, only an automated touch screen. It needed a PIN, the pin that came with my conformation did not work. None of the phone numbers posted at the property or shown in the booking documents worked. It is possible that another PIN was sent, but WITH OUT WI-FI it was not possible to check. In summary we could never get in, I want my money back.

Great stay for a business trip. Spacious room, big comfortable bed, great WiFi, very friendly staff. We went to a nearby Italian restaurant and it was delicious. We would go back there for another business trip.

The room was too hot, even if outside it was 20º C, inside the room it was really, really hot. I don't want to think how hot it could be in July. But it would be fine for autumn, winter and spring, so it's not totally a negative point, if you don't like warm rooms just avoid to stay there in summer because there isn't air conditioning nor a fan.

Nice rooms, nice balcony, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and even a cooking station inside the room. The bathroom also has a bidet, really rare outside Italy and nice for an Italian traveler. The automatic keeping of the keys and leaving them like in many US places is amazing. The hotel is located near a small river and inside nature, really relaxing after hours traveling.

the check is so easy , just at the entrance you add the code they give you and you will get the key. check out is at that same machine . the rooms are so clean , spacious and modern. TV and kettle in the room , a lot of sockets. quite place and close to a river that flows close to the entrance

The room was pretty uncomfortable, the mattress was weard out… it was not really clean, the drain from the sink in the kitchen is connected to the drains in the bathroom and when you washed your hands in the bathroom the drain in the kitchen was so loud that the other person woke up… the kitchen cell was in a miserable state. I had the impression that this was formerly an old peoples‘ home… I could feel the old and ill energy around. And last but not least: in the middle of the night a disruption at a counter started and we had for 5 hours a continuous beeping in the building. Not helping when you want to sleep.
