We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast is great, and installations are new and comfortable. The location is walking distance to anywhere in Wasserburg, making it very convenient.

PolandOnly on drawback, there are a lot of wasps/bees in the garden that gets annoying from time to time.
Gästehaus Zürn wins my heart with welcoming attitude of the owners - Sabrina did everything to make our stay great. Late arrival was not a problem. Breakfast is in buffet style, served in the garden, with local products and eggs prepared on demand - delicious. The garden itself is well kept and in great conditions making it really enjoyable to seat and dine. Rooms are well equipped with basics like kettle and coffee/tea drinks. Mind that there is no A/C in the room, might get hot in the peak of the summer. Car park is available at the hotel w/o extra charge.
