I arrived late and the supermarket was already closet. You can only buy snacks at the hotel, not the food. Would be nice if the machine had some sandwich options also. So if you arrive after 20:00 and you are hungry, my recommendation is to bring your own food.

The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The stuff were all very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfy, free coffee and tea in the room. Good location, just in front of the station. There is a huge supermarket also. Worth the price, definitely would stay again

Terrible use of available space for starters. Tiny desk, tiny area to hang up clothes, no refrigerator and a shameful lack of electrical outlets including one missing (confirmed by staffer Anthony in our room, 262) by the desk where the coffee maker was. I suggest they offer a bigger desk and areas to put suitcases, as one foldout is not enough for a couple. Also a place near or under the sink for putting items. Overall just a poor example of use of available square footage. We heard these same complaints from other guests. No excuse for this to be like this.

Location, staff and price. I would especially like to commend front desk staffer Anthony, who’s originally from Niger and speaks several languages fluently. He did everything to make our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Nice powerful shower although it leaked outside its area. Great supermarket on ground floor.

It was disturbing that the ventilation system of the room and the toilet fan were constantly running. The reception was informed about this issue on the first day, but the response back was the whole hotel system was like this. When I checked the room of my friend staying next room, I saw that it was not so and when I informed the reception again, my room was changed after the second day.

The hotel's location near the metro station and cleanliness are positive features.

With a window to the railway either you don't open the window or you'd hear morning trains. But if you use an air conditioner along the closed window - no morning noise.

Very close to S-barn station, next door to a supermarket, clean, comfortable, modern. There are a hairdress, a kettle with tee-bags, coffee, sugar, cream, Thank the hotel for this care.

There was no mini fridge in the room, which was a bit disappointing. They also only provide takeaway coffee cups for your tea/coffee in the room which was a little odd. I ended up buying some glass cups from the grocery store downstairs to use instead 😂

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights for a very short stop over in Munich. The hotel is located a few train stops outside of the city centre, and the train station is right next door to the hotel, which makes getting around really easy. There's a really big, well stocked supermarket under the hotel which is super handy. The area is also lovely, lots of forest walks close by, although not many restaurants are in walking distance. We ended up packing a picnic and spending a day wandering the forests, which was a really incredible break from city travel! Room overall is super comfy and great value for money compared to other hotels in Munich - would definitely recommend!

room type is minimalise which is good. room is clean and new. there is no breakfast in the hotel but there is backery and supermarket just next door. S-bahn station is right next to the hotel

The only down side for me was that the nearest restaurants were at least 15 minutes walk away. It was still easy enough to catch a train to a nearby suburb to find somewhere to eat.

The room was clean,modern and comfortable. The shower was hot. It is right next to the railway station but the room is well soundproofed. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. There is a large supermarket next door that also has hot food available. Excellent hotel.

Room was a little small and no shower door so I had to tell my child/teen to sit on the bed and wait until I was done and not come from that part of the room.

No door in the bathroom - Very inconvenient.

Good cafe nearby and S bahn train station right in front of the hotel. Clean, friendly staff, drinkable water from tap. Despite train line nearby, noise is OK.

Great value for money! Location is further away from centre but easily reachable by public transport. The facilities are very great, and the staff was also friendly and easy to approach. I would definitely go again!

if you say checkout at 11-12 ,may be it does not take 2 hour to clean a room i wish you can allow chekin by 1 pm and not at 3 pm.

what an amazing place, this hotel is next to S-Bahn station, amazing staff they also helped us in securing our bags 4 hours before checking time. loved the attitude

Not enough space in the room,no wardrobe,no Netflix.

Peaceful area.Very good connection with the centre of Munich.Supermarket and bakery in the same building.Free use of microwave in lobby.Stuff at reception was friendly and helpful.Price was good.

Rooms are open plan with bathroom.Ment to be soundproof, but sadly they are not when others slam the doors.There is not much space to unpack personal belongings.No restaurant.

Resonable distance to town centre.Good access to public transport.Pleasent design. Good for people that are more out end about. There is supermarket and coffee shop next door.

Would have loved to have a bit more storage for bags/clothing in the room. I found the location was too far from the city centre so not much option for restaurants/cafes.

Great hotel with large, quiet rooms in a comfortable space. Everything was very clean and staff were helpful. Nice to be close to the train station and have a supermarket next door with good takeaway sushi and coffee.

I wish it was a bit cheaper, I could see myself making frequent city trips to enjoy the things a city has to offer and come back to speed in this hotel.

I love this concept of Sleeping hotels. Nothing too fancy, or complicated. Very fast processing at the checkin counter and you can leave by simply dropping your keys.
