Best location. It is situated in the heart of eifel National Park. Best breakfast - many vegetarian options. Offers delicious cake Everyday. You can spend relax time with family here.

The awesome views. The best location. The wide spread of breakfast. And the amazing owner of the property, who somehow does everything so perfectly all by herself! She upgraded us to a room with the lake view, and gave a cot for our 4 month old. Couldn't have asked more for our first trip with the baby!

Parking can be difficult.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. The most important thing was the view, it was breathtaking and exceptional.

There are very few restaurants in the area.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It is in very close proximity of Eifel National Park. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and there is a very good restaurant approximately 100-200 meters away. Satellite TV was a bonus because America movies/shows can be watched in the original English version. I requested a frig in my room and it was provided.

Not really a parking lot in front of the place.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. Nice staff. Tasty breakfast. Tea and coffee machine available for guests. The room has a balcony with a lake view. Close to canoe rental place.

The restaurant was closed in the evenings as it is a coffee and cake place rather the a complete restaurant. It was a shame as it was a wonderful location

The location of the hotel is great. The area around the hotel is beautiful an quiet. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is also good.

The only downside was that upon arrival we were told that the room we booked didn't have a lake view, but a street view. This was a disappointment, since we've booked this room for a birthday occasion. But since we've booked very last minute, this was apparently the last room available. The description on Booking says 'view', and in the pictures you see both a lake view from the balcony, as well as the street view. So you're not sure which you're getting. Be mindful of this.

The location is the main feature of this hotel. It's just near the lake and the ferry boat pick-up point. The hotel is very clean, it has a small communal room with a good coffee maker and a well equipped mini-bar. The clean and well kept bathroom had a great shower, with plenty of room for toiletries. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious. Fresh bread of all sorts, eggs, bacon, muesli, juices, tea and coffee as much as you like. Most important: the bed we had was really comfortable.

I still can't get used to not having a kettle in the room but tea and coffee available in the lounge 24/7.

Amazing location, lovely welcome although not many of the staff spoke English. Clean and comfy.

1. The design of the room is very old. 2. The radiator in our room was making very loud noises so we turned it off (we didn't alert the hotel about it). 3. The official pictures of the hotel aren't representative anymore as the lake dried up a lot. 4. There aren't any restaurants open in the evening that are close to the hotel, and even the ones that are within driving distance you should book in advance - The staff could have warned us in advance or upon arrival.

The view from our room/bed was amazing - Directly to the lake. The staff in the kitchen was very friendly and provided extra/different food for my dietary limitation (just let them know in advance).
