The Showerhead was "Zip-Tied" to the wall, facing the wall, so that you could not take a regular shower...... The staff did not see this as a problem, but for a guest that wants to take a shower, it is problematic.... Road Construction made it a challenge to get to. Not well marked facility. Parking is Absolutely Insufficient.

The beds could use new mattresses. Wifi was very difficult to connect and not working properly. I requested a printed receipt during check-out and was told it would have to be sent by e-mail later since I had paid through booking.com. This has never been an issue at other hotels. I still haven't received it and will have to contact them and ask again, which is an avoidable inconvenience. I should have been given a printed receipt as requested, this is common practice.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room. Check-in after reception hours with the code was very uncomplicated. Location was good, not far from the station.

The bathroom doors were quite old and did not close well, making some annoying noise but this did not make a big difference. One of the smaller rooms did not have an outside window and did not ventilate well, the light in the room was also quite poor. The other 2 rooms were ok There was road works on the street and we were lucky to leave on the day when the bigger noise and hassle started.

Clean and good location, close to the park, the cinema, city center. Good breakfast and friendly staff, also had enough space for parking.

the parking might need to be gated as there were a few work vans parked in the parking area,resting perhaps, late in the evening, and leaning up against my car, so I watched from the window after speaking to them, not sure how late they stayed but they were gone in early morning, I’m pretty sure they were not staying at the hotel as they hung out in and around the vehicle mostly.. luckily no scratches appeared on the car, so it was somewhat harmless but concerning to me.

location was quiet and only 10 minute walk to city center, convenient also to the castle. very nice staff. parking was generous and hotel was easy to get to without hassle of driving through a city center.

All I would say, whilst a fan was supplied in the room, for hotter nights, the lack of Air Conditioning will not be good for some/most people. In this instance, early June, nights were still cool enough. Oh, the TV only has something like three channels in English, two is CNN and BBC.

A 10min walk from the town centre. Parking usually provides enough spaces. Breakfast is well stocked usually with ample seats - there are sections that can be opened and closed on demand. Finally, staff are all really nice and helpful. I arrived after check-in hours but there is a lock box to collect your key and all information was accurate and timely when communicating via email and the app.
