The checkout was time consuming as they spent a long time checking the apartment.

The hotel was charming and the staff very friendly. Apartment well equipped and beautifully finished. Great sauna and gym area.

My 2 day stay was perfect. The room is no-frills and functional. The place is ideally located, close to downtown with a abundance of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is a great value with excellent products: for instance bacon is perfectly cooked, crispy and crunchy. I happened to have broken the desk lamp when packing and was ready to pay for the damage. I told the lady in charge, she went to have a look, told me I owed nothing and gave me some chocolates as a souvenir. Wow. These people are professional, friendly and gracious: great ambassadors of the German hotel industry. Outstanding.

Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very beautiful, clean, and cozy interior. Everything is up to date and very nice. Rooms are furnished very modernly. Breakfast is very nice, quality food with authentic German food. The host made me fresh eggs and bacon. Very quiet. Very close and convenient to the train station, yet you will not see or hear it. Restaurants and bars and shopping within a 5 minute walk. I hope I get to return some day.

Charming hotel with all modern amenities. Perfect location, short walk to the town centre and close to main attractions including Zugspitze Mountains and Lake Eibsee. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast.

There didn't appear to be any fire alarms or smoke detectors? Some fire evacuation procedures would have been useful to know. We had to request more Pillows, but these were brought to us very quickly.

Great hotel in Garmisch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and comfortable, good views of the mountains from the balconies. Breakfast was pleasant.

Superb spa-like bathroom and excellent breakfast. Location could not be better, out of the heavy tourist traffic but only two blocks from the main pedestrian thoroughfare and sights. Management provided us an outstandingly situated room with gorgeous alpine views. Many many thanks.

Location - easy walking into Garmisch and short drives to various places of interest. Very short walk to the station from where the train to Zugspitz departed Staff - all the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble Apartment we had booked was well equipped and very comfortable Very good breakfast

I had to pay 140€ in cash to the hotel even though I payed the fees through booking but they told me it wasn’t the whole cost! There water drain in the bathroom was bad soo after taking a shower the room will sink.

The staff were kind and helpful, the location is close to the center, free parking.
