You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyWeak internet. Window didn’t close properly do street noise was noticeable. Parking garage needed better lighting and markings. Cars parked making it difficult to get in and out, with an already very narrow driveway.

United KingdomNot much. The carpet in the room did have a few stains but this was simply due to wear and tear.
Well-located hotel in the centre of this lovely spa town, only 5 minutes walk from the station. Staff were very welcoming. My arrival was delayed by late trains, so I had to phone to let the hotel know that I would arrive after reception closed. The lady on duty offered to stay late to let me in. Very large and comfortable room. Large bathroom with full bath as well as shower. Very good breakfast with good selection on offer.

Ukraine- reception is not 24/7, my colleagues arrived after 22 and it's good that I was at the property already, not sleeping, and I took their keys before. - maids tried to enter my room 3 times in an hour before check-out, even though I told them that I will leave at 11.00 for sure.
- very good breakfast! Many kinds of cheese, meat slices, pastry, vegetables, and fruits, you can order also eggs and coffee, restaurant looks very classy - convenient rooms, good Wi-Fi - location ok, but it doesn't play a big role here, an old city is very small and everything is close anyway

The reception was amazing and the location was absolutely perfect. We walked to the town square in less that 5 minutes and there were plenty of grocery stores in the immediate area. We were bike touring and having a secure garage for our bikes was a must. The breakfast was full of fresh and tasty option and the hotel offers to provide a packed lunch for people on the go!

Czech RepublicThere are a bit better choices in the same locality and price level. The wifi was almost unusable at the beginning. After made a claim, it improved significantly but the speed and reliability was still limited.
Covered garage under the hotel (although somewhat limited in capacity). Good breakfast.

NetherlandsWhile we were out someone went into our room with a mix up of giving us a pillow that another guest in a different room had asked for. It left us feeling insecure. For breakfast there are apparently hot options available but these were not offered to us. I am not sure what the issue was as we heard these options offered to other guests that sat down after us.
There is a covered garage under the hotel.
