Great location with view of mountains,clean and very warm appartment.

The shower edge did not seem set in place correctly and leaked water on the floor.

The room was very comfortable and the style was charming. The bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in Europe, but that doesn't say that much considering the competition. The huge backyard was nice for looking at the mountains and stars. The patio was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The kitchen had everything to make a quick bite. Parking was plentiful and convenient. There was a very large TV with youtube. Wifi was excellent. The host went out of his way to get us an extra sheet for the bed. The location was great to reach activities in Grainau. There is a bus stop around the corner but when we waited the bus driver did not stop for us... The building had laundry but the machine was new and the host did not know how to work it. He offered to start a load together but our timing never worked out.

We might suggest advising guests of the additional tax that still needs to be paid upon exit (not included with the original hotel payment). We had an early morning departure and did not realize there was still business to attend to before we left. Under normal circumstances, we would expect to just leave our room key inside the hotel room upon an early departure. So it was only happenstance that we double-checked and made arrangements for the office to open early. Perhaps easier to just collect upon arrival.

Lovely modern and clean property with beautiful views and easy access/parking. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We'd happily stay again.

Location is great! Condition of the Appartement is also very good, everything is new. Only one thing, would be good to have more staff in the kitchen, such as pots, slicing board.

No AC or fan, so have to sleep with the window open and you hear the train passing by in the morning.

a little far from town but a pretty 20-30 min walk to get there. nice restaurant next door if you don’t feel like walking. close to bus/train but infrequent stops require you to plan ahead or wait a while.

beautiful room exactly as pictured. requested a first floor room and an apartment with a door that fully closes off the bedroom and both requests were granted. friendly helpful staff. comfortable beds.

Nice, clean kitchen with all the appliances one could need. Room clearly comes without breakfast, but a small assortment of tea, coffee or maybe salt and pepper to cook with would make that first morning even more perfect.

Great apartment with all the amenities. Stayed there as a couple but plenty of room for a family or a group of friends. Nice, big kitchen, huge patio with wonderful view of the mountains. Host was very approachable and any questions or problems we had were immediately addressed and fixed.

Notthing ! It was perfect !

The appartment was fabulous and exactly how it was in the pictures. It was very homely, extremely clean and our host was very nice. The supermarkets - Edeka and Aldi are in walking distance. We got passes for local travel from our host. The bus stop to travel between Eibsee and Gramisch is next to the guest house. The bus can be used to goto Eibsee or to Grainau Zugspitzebahn station where you can buy tickets, take the cog wheel train to Eibsee and then take the cable car to goto Zugspitze. The Regional Bahn stop and SEV stop in case you use the DB train to reach to this location is also near and around 3min walk. The view from the appartment was super beautiful in the day and even in the night. We stayed there as a couple and loved every minute of our stay. If you have a dog then you will love this place even more and so will your pet ! Lovely place and would love to visit again ! Many thanks to our lovely host for guiding us to nearby locations and making our stay comfortable and pleasant !
