The hotel is in the old town and in front of the main train station. The room is good, with a lot os space.

The location is great. Matrices were very comfortable. The room is very nice, just not very clean. The tap water is really clean and suitable for drinking. Both rooms have ventilators and the view from the windows is amazing , directly to the nearby lake.

It was a good cheaper priced hotel, as I had a single room. Only thing was it was right at the top 4th floor, as I can't really climb stairs, but the lift was working. The air con worked great, as it was very hot. Its just very hard to get any cheap accomodation in Konstanz. Its right in the centre, over Mcdonalds & opposite train station, so its very central. Just a lot of steps to reception. Anyway had a good 1 night stay, as I was travelling to Italy. Nice hotel.

The location is perfect, and parking in the nearby ramp was a breeze! The rooms are large and clean. Mostly quiet despite the very central location, but the hotel also provided ear plugs just in case which was quite nice.

Romania19 reviews1 helpful voteGoodBecause of the heat, the air in the room was unbreathable, so we had to keep the windows open during the night. Unfortunately, we could not sleep because of the noise outside long after midnight (people shouting, laughing, cars racing, loud music).
We very much liked all the hotel staff, they were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and fresh, the rooms were very clean, the towels regularly changed.

That is why it was hard to find an open buffet breakfast near this accommodation. Parking Haus needs 24 Euro a day! Coffee at the reception does not taste good.
the location is amazing. Parking Haus is too close. less than a minute walk. Free Bus tickets for Konstanz were given to us as presents. available coffee at the reception for 1,80 euro.
