Everything was perfect.

We were extremely happy with our stay, which exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff went to great lengths to accommodate our requests at all times and were very kind. The breakfast is perfect. Finally, the location of the accommodation is unbeatable. We will come again for sure.

Walls are not soundproofed so take earplugs just in case your neighbors are loud (in their rooms or in the corridor). Here I am being picky : I would have liked an armchair in the room to read more comfortably.

1. Great location. Right next to the English garden so very quiet but also next to a lively neighborhood with good restaurants. 10 mn walk from the metro. 2. Very friendly and helpful staff. Although I speak German, one woman at the reception switched to French to explain a few things about the hotel. It was not necessary and I appreciated the effort. 3. The room was very clean and warm. The mattress and pillows were perfect for me. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. 4. Gluten free choice at the breakfast. 5. 7/24h free tea and coffee.

Wifi was good even though occasionally it dropped. It would be super helpful if there was a kettle provided in the room, so that I don't need to walk across buildings at night just to get some tea.

Very friendly staff, giving very helpful information about the hotel, the area and places to go. the room was spacious and clean with a good quality shower. a nice garden to walk about. even though you need a short walk from the metro station, it was not a stressful walk and was still convenient. a good supermarket was on the way too. Very relaxing stay. I would love to stay there again. Recommended!

Fantastic for business travellers if you are heading to the area around Münchner Freiheit/Giselastraße/Universität. Very friendly staff. The hotel was clean and had everything I needed. Very quiet. Would recommend and return.

I would have enjoyed a cattle to make tea in the room. I had to go to a central coffee/tea area on the first floor. But it wasn't too bad.

The location was perfect, right near the English gardens. The public transportation is amazing, and the nearest staion was about a 5 minute walk. The staff were very warm and helpful, the breakfast was really good. The single room was just enough for me, with a nice shower. A really great place.

Everything was excellent -clearness, service, breakfast. The only stuff that I arrived at night and couldn't find in any place the hours of breakfast..There is also tea and cofee machine on the first floor, but it's not written in any place either

Lovely place, situated in a really nice city area with beautiful park nearby. Abundant and healthy breakfast and very kind and friendly staff.Room was clean with comfortable bed and recently decorated, definetely would recommend this place.

Everything was good.fantastic location. Amd considering very center and popular location in Munich (I lived in Munich before so I know area) price was very reasonable. And reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. Specifically evening lady in reception was one of the most polite and friendly professional. I appreciate it.

Beautiful setting in an actual old palace with lovely gardens, a luxurious large room, and a wonderful breakfast included. Only 4 U bahn stops from Marienplatz with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and steps from the huge Englisher Garten park. The staff were friendly and very helpful with our late arrival. We especially enjoyed the artwork througout the buildings.
