The guesthouse is in a great location with a wonderful view of the mountains from the terrace (and our room). The home cooking was outstanding and we ate there every evening. It has a lovely friendly atmosphere. We felt most welcome. Highlights of the area within a 10 minute drive.

Our room was a bit small and in the attic without a view but given the fact that we booked the last room, we were happy to have it anyway.

Beautiful view on the mountains from the terrace in front. Very friendly local family makes you feel home. Homemade dinner available upon request. Close to peaceful nature. We'd love to return

Super lovely and cozy accommodation, the view outside the building is amazing. A friendly family runs the B&B, and also provides the gluten-free bread for breakfast. You can also enjoy the traditional dishes for dinner if you want, and the gluten-free option is also provided, but please inform the owner in advance.

The deluxe family room is very small and not really suitable for more than two people. Also, as there was no air conditioning the room was very hot, even overnight.

This property is in a lovely part of Obersalzberg with views over the mountains to the Eagle’s Nest. Many lovely Gasthaus restaurants nearby. The owners are lovely and the property has a real homely feel.

This charming guesthouse exceeded all expectations. The scenery is stunning. When we first arrived we sat on the deck and drank a beer and took in the unbelievable views of the mountains while the kids jumped on the trampoline (another great plus for families with kids!). The guesthouse itself was lovely -- old world charm with modern amenities, comfortable and clean. The owners were friendly and helpful. We would come back and stay longer!

The view around the hotel is MAGNIFICENT!!! I have stayed in many countryside hotels but this one is beyond comparison! The view is simply unbelievable it is like a photoshopped picture. Very clean, very accommodating and friendly staff.

In general, the pillows in southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland can be improved because they are too thin. Moreover, some insect net would be nice to have on the windows/door since it's nice to let fresh air to come in without inviting the insects/mosquitos.

Great view towards the mountains, quite easy to access location. Very friendly hosts. Big room.

The best place we stayed in Germany. This place is just the best, from the moment you drive up the magical forest drive, to the amazing mountain view, immaculate rooms, beautiful breakfast room and friendly host family. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back for sure.

Family-owned…and it shows in the care and attention they give to the guests. Great breakfast and dinner in the Berchtesgaden countryside. Located on a country road away from the main highway. Great location in the mountains. The room was newly renovated and was very clean.

Perfectly sweet lady who runs this guesthouse, prepares a lovely home cooked meal, and for whom no effort is too much. The view from the terrace is amazing, the rooms basic but comfortable and clean.

Got stuck in a loft no Mountain View just drive way as advertised. No frig as advertised. No balcony as advertised? I asked for discount-NO! Worst of all they double charged me and alerted me of this three days ago. So far no resolution. Not impressed as this was pricey☹️
