It is a bed and breakfast. set your expectations for that. It is simple and nice.

Nice place, great people, simple and gets the job done. Simplicity is the order of the day, but super nice, especially with late arrival. People were so nice, clean and ready upon arrival.

Mostly locals as guests, whose are very domesticated there it seems. Guesthouse have a lovely entrance with one bench chair, rose bushes and beautiful pine tree, BUT it was impossible to approach it from the evening trough out the night as local guests have been sitting drinking and smoking. And not being very friendly. If I would manage this place and I would like to attract international guests ( IF is important, maybe they don’t ) I would put one or two benches extra. We have been on the ground floor and room does not have a balcony, so those 2 nights we spent in the room, as it was not welcoming atmosphere infront of the guesthouse. Very dissapointing. As the room is very basic, the best out of the accomodation it was not possible to experience. Closest outdoor offer is 5-10 min drive, it is not for walking. I would not recomend this place for families with kids.

Mould in the shower! Small windows opening directly to some stairs, so we rather closed them in the night.

Nice quiet location. Good breakfast. Parking was possible behind the building, front partking lot was quite small. We spent just 1 night, so it was OK for the price.

Some noice from the traffic outside, so if you`re a light sleeper I will recommend earplugs. The only personnel we met was the woman in breakfast room. It would have been nice with a "welcome and a smile". She looked like she had all the sorrows in the world on her shoulders :-(

it is outside of Hanover and the bus is not running frequently and not late, but if you are sportive you can walk uphill and downhill from the Metro.

It is simple and not modern but clean and very spacious. Good bed. Breakfast is good.

The owners were very nice and helpful, we arrived after 10 at night and everything was explained to us on how to get to the room. The room was very large, the bathroom was very clean, the radiators were warm, a nice surprise, a bottle of water and candy on the pillow, great, thank you very much. In the morning, a delicious breakfast. We only had a problem paying in the morning, but we left very early, so there was no one at the reception. The owner called us and we agreed that they would collect the amount via booking.com. The owners were very polite and professional. Thank you

I am very happy with the location, very close to the motorway, and the area is very quiet. The room was in good size with two separate areas. The water was hot, room was also warm. Good quality breakfast.

The toilet seat was way smaller than the toilet itself, that was strange. Also our TV did not work. But it did not bother us for 1 night.

Clean, comfortable, I appreciated the bottle of water in the room, it was a nice gesture. Also by check out we got an apple. Good breakfast, the lady was very attentive and kept checking all the time if everything was there.
