The walls are too thin, you can here all your neighbors. I was waked up at least 3 times during the night, because people were returning back to their rooms in the middle of the night (and normally I'm not a bad sleeper at all)

Breakfast is nice. Hotel's location is very close to Christmas market and saunas.

There was some terrible noise from the ventilation/Airconditioning that kept me awake. I gust couldn’t fall asleep with the noise. I turned off the Airconditioning and it didn’t stop. I was desperate. At some point it just stopped….thank god and I fell asleep.

Comfortable appartement with plenty of space at the top of a building. Very comfortable beds. Water basins in the rooms. You can reach everything in the old town on foot. Great breakfast

There is a bar across the street and they don't seem to follow the Quiet hours rule. There was a lot of loud noises comming from the street and from the bar at 3 or 4 am.

Pillows could’ve been better and I don’t like the open style pillow case where the clearly used pillow comes out of the case.

Spacious, spotlessly clean room with balcony, perfect location, great breakfast and wonderful staff - for the price this was an absolute bargain.

Rooms clean including the bathroom. Bed very comfortable. A massive upgrade on my last stay. Which was still very good. Tip use penny's near by for cheap supermarket food.

Air conditioner produced water after ~15 minutes from switching on so it was not possible to use it normally, should switch off/on every time Booked room with balcony, got room without it Kitchen is not private, it's shared between 2 rooms The water gone slow from the shower The remote control for the air conditioner is not remote actually as it's attached to the wall with a chain :) It looks very funny

When I booked the room it said that there was an open restaurant but when I arrived they told me the restaurant was closed there was an area for breakfast but that's it. It also said in the room that parking could be had for 10 euros a day in the city lot. when I went to the reception they said oh that has changed it's now 15. For some reason I didn't feel too comfortable around this lady she looked like she had paint brushes on for eyelashes

- we were received by a lady that gave us some keys and took us to another building, which was shared with an asian restaurant. the hallway was full of trash and smelling of garbage and old cooking oil. the smell went up to the room. it was one of the worst experiences of my life. - the construction is ugly and of bad taste, there was some old toilet paper that had marks on it (see photos). - the room was very small and had two separate beds placed longitudinally (see photo), which does not correspond to the photos of the booking online. - the receptionist waited for me to sign the contract before mentioning the unexpected situation of the beds. - this just shows total lack of respect for the guests. you can also read the tone of the answers that these people give to the complaints of their guests here or in google maps.

For the price the breakfast was quite acceptable

The manager was extremely helpful with directions to local sites. The hotel was small but in the center of the city. The breakfast was as good as a 5 star hotel. Access to the property was easy. I would highly recommend it.

We got a room in a different building, second floor, no lift, we had to walk to breakfeast through the rain. No parking facility, public garage is close, but no lift and it costs extra We ordered double beds but got two single beds in a rather small room.

The hotel is located close to the center. The staff was nice. Administartion was fast and efficient. Pets are welcome.
