Room was spacious and comfortable, quiet neighborhood with an amazing beer garden! Was nice to relax here after a day of sightseeing! Went to a few places for a quiet breakfast outside the hotel. Will definitely be back!

Since it was Oktoberfast period, the waiters were wearing drindl clothes. I wanted to take a picture with them as a souvenir, but they didn't want to, which made me sad. There was an Erdinger branded beer glass and opener in our room. I wanted to take these with me. They did not allow it.

It was a little expensive since we stayed during the Oktoberfest period. We could get off directly at the alternative metro stop of the Oktoberfest area with the U6 metro. Transportation was very comfortable. We did not try the hotel's breakfast, but I drank beer at the hotel restaurant in the evening to taste the Erdinger brand beers. I really liked the potato salad with the beer and I definitely recommend it. Before entering the hotel, they read the comments regarding my preferences through booking and took them into consideration. Our room was very clean, the housekeepers cleaned the room every day. They didn't take the money I left for tip, which made me sad. The receptionist was a very good employee. He asked us about our Oktoberfast experience every day and allowed our luggage to stay there for 3 hours after check-out, so we could explore the city more easily until our flight.

Technically nothing. Just a little thing thogh, but as they tried to arrange early check-in, the room had to be cleaned under time pressure, so they forgot to clean the toilet seat where there was cleary water(?) drops on it. But that was not a big deal.

+ Cleanliness : The floor was dustless. I walked around the room with white socks an they didnt get dirty. The coffee cups and the water glasses were clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean to tge point that no dried water drops, no limescale (Kalk) can be seen. + Staffs : Super friendly and helpful. They helped arranging early check-in and luggage storage for us. + Room decorations and furnitures : Although vintage, they seem to be the original, well taken of, clean, great quality, and every piece feel sturdy. The couche in the room was also clean and not dusty + Location : Close to U-bahn (underground) which can take you to the innercity in 15 minutes, and to the Oktoberfest location in 12.

We wish people would not have smoked around the hotel. The smoke pulled into the room all night long, no AC to keep the windows closed and the smoke out. But the smoking in Germany is an all over issue so really has nothing to do with the hotel, we liked the hotel.

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Location was good. We were happy with the hotel.

It would be great to have a nice area to relax and maybe enjoy a drink. The bar was closed, as it was not very busy during our stay.

The hotel is next to a subway station which is very convenient for a big city like Munich. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities are great.

We loved everything. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had an awesome shower. The location made access to everything easy. And the food! It was simply amazing. We ate there two nights and were very happy with the food and portions, along with an excellent wait staff.. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the man who checked us in gave us exceptional service. We’ll be back!

The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. Only noticed at the end that I could have asked for non-feathered pillows, so that's my fault. It is slightly too far from the main area of Munich. 15 min train ride, and at 3 euro a single trip, it added up. However the train station is very close. Breakfast was a little pricey.

Liked the spacious room, natural light, and the walk-in shower was amazing. I had little interaction with the staff, but the check-in and check-out were good.
