Loved the location within the town walls. Parking was good in the walled in lot across the street from the hotel. The hotel itself is one of the historical sites in Rothenburg, and was very near one of the city gates, so easy to locate. The room was small but cute with two single beds.

The shower was quite small and my husband found it a little difficult to use it effectively.

A basic hotel that was located just inside the town walls. There was parking available just across from the hotel at a reasonable price for 24 hours. The whole town was within easy walking distance of the location. The room was furnished in what seemed to be a traditional style and was quirky. It was clean and had all necessary facilities. Breakfast was mainly a cold buffet, but you had the option of omelette of fried eggs as well.

The room is very simple, but very clean. There is a welcome water. The shower is also good. The room is a good option to stay to visit the city. Very well located and the employees are very sympathisch. We did the self check in and worked very well. The breakfast has everything you need to start the day. The coffee is very tasty!

It wasn't told us (was no label even in German, bacuse we speak German), that it's possible to order scrumbled eggs for free. Some people new that and ordered it, then we ordered it also. As the young lady (that had a little daughter) was very polite und friendly, but the other one (elder) was not so polite and immediately changed her face as spoke with us (I assume, because we were foreigners).

Our room was very small and the bed was very low to the ground because of the slope of the ceiling. We coped well though for our 3 night stay, however not having a kettle was very disappointing.

The location was perfect! The owner and all staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was concise but delicious, and we really enjoyed eggs being cooked to order.

Only complaint I have is that the shower wasn't really hot. I don't even know that I'd even say it was warm. There was definitely a difference between whatever came out of the "hot" side of the shower and a bone-chillingly arctic "cold" side, but it wasn't something I found great (though the other people staying with me didn't mind it so much). At the end of the day, it's such a minor complaint that I didn't even bother to mention it to them but I guess I'll throw it in here. All that being said, I'd totally (and likey will) stay here again. Great place!

Rothenburg isn't huge but the location near the city walls was great since it allowed us to easily park our car across the street but still be just a minute or two from the main town square. The staff was all super friendly and I fortunately (unfortunately) didn't even need to try to speak my broken German. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet and it was great for coming back to sleep at the end of a long day. Breakfast was also amazing both mornings!

My recent stay at this hotel was great value for the price, especially during the holidays. It's ideally located, with very affordable and convenient parking at only 8€ overnight. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast, with eggs to order, was quite good. Staff were polite and professional.

My family enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good, we were offered made to order eggs and the fruit selection was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and made with nice stiff sheets. Location is perfect, inside the walls but on the edge and quiet.
