Perfect location - close to many sightseeing and places of interest, easy transportation. Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, all the decorations in the hotel seem to be unique and done exactly for the place.

Luved thé location!!! Right near 2 U-bahn Metro stations & 50 meters from Augustiner Bräu Pub.. Went 5 times in 4 days🍺🍺🍺🇩🇪🤣 And Most important how wonderfully I was catered to by the Whole staff 👍🏻 From Clemens & Katharina down to the entire front desk staff & the room attendants!!! Will tell all my restaurant/bar industry friends what a great experience I enjoyed w/ you.. Thanx again & look forward to a return visit in the near future… 💙🍺💙

Restaurant closed the night we arrived due to corporate function , so after having to look at local good restaurants we eat out and only visited the Hermitage bar which was again excellent.

Location, quality of all facilities, excellent staff. A quiet high quality ,quiet hotel.

The breakfast concept: breakfast costs 40eur and you choose from the menu. Personally I didn’t like this. If you have no time- the quality buffet breakfast is always a good idea. If you have time it’s much more better to have breakfast in the city because the quality a la carte was honestly mediocre .. and in Berlin there is a huge amount of great cafes to have breakfast.

The hotel itself is pretty good. Stylish, clean, with a good and pleasant service at the reception desk. Perfect location and nice view. Like a bonus my ~2 m husband for the first time had the bathrobe with no short sleeves )))

The location is super good, all the good restaurants/ sightseeings/ beautiful places/ food stores located nearby. The hotel interior looks amazing, it’s clean and all is well maintained. Stuff is super welcoming and always ready to help with whatever you need. Hotel rooms have all the necessary amenities, beds were exceptionally comfortable, rooms were really spacious, well-appointed. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. Prompt room service and food that surpassed our expectations. Check-in was smooth, also the fact that we arrived early in the morning, but hotel usually checkins after 3pm, the stuff was so kind to offer us a room after a couple of hours only, so we didn’t have to wait half a day, which was really appreciated. Check-out was quick and hassle-free.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many of Berlin’s atttactions. The leisure facilities were very good too with a well equipped gym and steam room and sauna. The staff were were both friendly and professional.

nothing I loved everything

Literally every little thing. It is so elegant, yet whimsical and not pretentious, the entire hotel is beautiful and comfortable and well maintained. the staff are literally the loveliest people. Tim was especially helpful and kind and when I returned from an important meeting, he greeted me with champagne and took photos for me commemorating the day. He also provided amazing recommendations for dinner and helped me get a last minute hair stylist. the location couldn’t be any better and central. However the room was quiet. All the furniture was comfortable and I slept so well. Even small details were perfect. the on site restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. I am very discerning and usually always find things not to my liking. This hotel was absolutely perfect. I stayed for 5 nights in the middle of January and wish I could have stayed longer. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Berlin. An elegant home away from home where everyone treats you with kindness, warmth and professionalism. The whole organization should be commended.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel is right at the Gendarmenmarkt and the French Cathedral. A lot of the major sights are within easy walking distance. We were there for New Years and the Christmas market, a couple blocks away, was still open when we arrived. It was a high end market with pop-up restaurants from the local gourmet establishments. Our private balcony room, which was very lovely and comfortable, overlooked the back side of the French Dom with a view of the Berlin TV Tower in the distance. It was beautiful at night. We went to several of the many cafes surrounding the hotel for breakfasts but we opted for room service new years day which was prompt with our piping hot tea and coffee. The staff was great and very helpful throughout our 5 night stay. Also cabs were available right in front of the hotel which made our 4:30am airport departure stress free.

rooms are quite tiny for a price. The reception was temporary because of some refurbishment works. Surprisingly we were requested to pay the deposit 50€ per room. Cannot get the refund for a month already

Staff were not so friendly at check in. They didn’t want us to pay for our accommodation on check in and kept insisting that an authorisation is released immediately on their side when you check out. It actually isn’t the same because you are taking 100 euro a day for consumables and taking the authorisation of the entire hotel stay and I have to pay for the hotel stay which means I’m out of the extra money for a week because an authorisation doesn’t immediately get released. Inconsistent treatment of guests. If a guest staying for 1 night is welcomed with champagne it’s only fair for a guest staying for 3 nights to also be treated the same. The staff were taken back when I also requested a glass of champagne. Breakfast is super expensive and very small portions. €9 for orange juice, extra €3 for toast and €1 for butter. Rather go to the Galleries Lafayette next door and buy yourself a breakfast next door.
