There were waaaaay too many kids running around and making noise. Even at 12pm midnight. Was hard to get to sleep.

I had booked a twin room and then paid £2 for an upgrade to a king-sized bed - but it was just the 2 singles shoved together! :-) And there is a rule of no food in rooms which is a shame as a beer in your room is nice after long day.

It was very compact but it was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed except a kettle. It was great for a 1 night or 2 night stay, and very close to the railway station.

The shower was miniscule, hardly any space to turn around, and the shower head sprayed in every direction including the ceiling. The curtain was off the rail at one end, and kept getting stuck when trying to pull it closed. People standing outside trying to get in whenever the outside door was opened, were a bit sketchy.

We had a four-bed (2 sets of bunks) room with private bathroom. Asked for the feather duvet and pillow to be changed, which they did with no problems. Room was warm, quiet, dark, clean. Super close to the train station (just across the road!), and easy walking distance to main points.

Location wise the best one can get. All necessary transport facilities are at walkable distance.

The bathrom was a disaster. It was clean but they were really small and you could barely turn around yourself. If you are a bit overweight its impossible for you to feel relaxed in bathroom.

Location was perfect, directly opposite the train station. However I think some people rented the rooms for longer period because there were kids playing on the hall. Anyway, it was good and warm place.The room was really warm in winter time.

There were no curtains on the bed, and the design of the bed meant that you couldn't really sit upright in the bed so it wasn't as comfy as i hoped it would be. The ATM didn't work :( would have been nice

The location was great. The room was kind of just as expected, although I would've preferred it if the beds had curtains on them. And the bathroom was okay, just a little smaller than I thought but it was good to have toilet and bathroom in the room.

The bathroom and shower area was too small. There were storage boxes available, but no lock. We had to get our own locks for the storage boxes. It was centrally located, but being this close to Hbf made it not too safe to come back a bit late at night

Breakfast was completely useless. Don't do the breakfast, save your money and use them in the train station instead. You pay 9€ per person and get food worth maybe 50 cent

It was good for the price. Central location, easy check-in and checkout and things were as expected but nothing extraordinary
