The toilets are just too small. I can't believe if I were a big guy, could I walk into the shower?

Both the room and the bathroom were super tiny (definitely smaller than the private 4bed room in the photos) I mean it was ok for 2 adults and 2 kids for 1 night, but I cannot imagine 4 adults staying in our room.

Clean bedding, localisation was perfect, and the station didn't disturb the night. Power socket and lamps near each bed. We could get hot water from the reception ❤️ and there was a working heater in the room (not AC, but heater) so we could dry our wet clothes after a rainy day.

Staff ranged from very helpful to very unhelpful. Rooms are small but functional. Not in the nicest area of Hamberg but still easy to access all the wonderful sights.

One male staff member was quite rude. No sheets for the beds, there is a mattress cover it never gets changed when people come and go. No fridges available for storing cool water.

Pretty sketchy area around the train station and hotel. People were noisy in the corridors all night, running and knocking on people’s doors. Bathroom was very small.

Central location, just across the road from the train station and 5 minute walk from major shopping areas. Room was clean and comfortable.

When me and my friend arrived for the check-in, we had to wait 1 hour or so for our room cleaning done. Also, there are less staff at the reception, so it maybe longer to wait for either check-in or ordering something at the cafe section. The shower area in the rooms are so tiny, sometimes it could be difficult to fit in. You might prefer shared shower at the each floor.

The hostel is right at the city center. It’s situated just across the hauptbahnhof (central train station),easy to reach from airport and travel between the hostel and the places where you want to go. There are so much restaurants, cafes and markets nearby. The hostel is so clean, beds are comfy and the staff is so friendly. Isolation at the building is good enough, because there is no noise coming from other rooms at nights. There are lockers under the each bunk beds suitable for cabin bags. Hangers for hanging the towels or cloths, stools for sitting and chatting with friends and wide windows are nice details.

Bathroom and sinks are very narrow. There are many homeless people on the street and the noise continues throughout the night. Luggage store and padlock is not free

Everything, bad facilities, lift was not working and I had to carry my luggage for fifth floor 😞 using stairs. Washroom and room were not clean.

I arrived to my room late night and struggled to find which bed was mine since the numbers on the beds weren't numbered very clearly. Also the beds didn't have high walls or drapes between the beds so the privacy wasn't that high. However I would gladly stay here again.

I like that the common areas were large and the rooms were clean.

It was a guy from reception he was totally impolite and his colleague said he had a bad day and …, but i dont care he was really rude and angry, also the guy from security was awful

The concept of place was really good and nice, and the location is perfect exactly in city center. You can find plenty of everything you need

The bathroom is very tiny, and I don’t think an ensuit room is good idea for hostel share rooms, because everyone showers at different time. It would be nice if they can provide a extra share bathroom outside the room.

The shower in the room is hard to use because it is fixed to the ceiling. However, the shower in the common area was nice, so I used that. There are no towels and rental costs are high… It may have been a seasonal thing, but there were a lot of students staying there, and they were running around in the hallways, so it was noisy all night.

The location is excellent. Right in front of Central Station. There are also plenty of common spaces, including a lounge. The staff who took care of me were very nice. I was blessed with roommates and had a comfortable time!

The shower room and toilet inside room is way too small, even not feel enough for toothbrushing and cloth changing. There's no air conditioner in my room, only a fan. Need additional pay to store luggage there in a coin locker.

The location is perfect, right next to the bamburg central station. Space in the 6 people dorm room is pretty good.
