The room is a little bit smelly, they need to air the room more often.

The location is at city center, there‘s a small river next to the hotel, so I can hear the lovely water stream from my room. The breakfast has a lot of option.

The bathroom itself can be a little small.

The hotel is located right in the city centre, but easily accessible with the car. You can park your car on the parking at the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was ideal for two, and the bathroom seems recently renewed.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff wonderfully helpful. Location splendid, yet still it was quiet at night. Loved the sound of the creek flowing right outside the window.

Nice room, quiet, good heating (important in stormy autumn weather), great breakfast, close to the national park and to the local busses. There is a bit to walk upphill from the station but you can walk the main pedestrian street all the way and stop for coffee if you wish. From the hotel you easily reach the "seilbahn" which takes you up on Burberg, and the tree-top-walk (baumwipfelpfad). You can walk into the mountains or you can take a bus e.g. to Rabenklippe and then walk back. You'll find good suggestions for walks on "Alltrails".

The balcony is not clean, wifi is very slow and no fridge. Not worth it for the money i spent. English is not preferable and it is hard for non german speaking guests.

Close to the shops, restaurants and 5min walk to some known activities in bad harzburg. The room is big and spacious with a big balcony. The beds are comfortable and good selection of breakfast. Friendly staff.

Sauna area was a bit chilly Our room was subject to sounds of staircase walking, we also heard various sounds from another room (carpets might help?), Luckily the other guests adhered to normal sleeping hours

I struggled a little with the bed. Too short and the pillow was far too large for me. I didn't sleep too well. Bathroom is okay, but the whole could do with an upgrade.

The hotel is off-side a mainroad, and right in the non trafic zone. There are some restaurants around but during off season and on a monday, only limited availability. Room was okay and I had to pay upfront as the reception desk was not attended in the morning.

We reserved two rooms (that was the option because we were two adults, two children). They gave us two rooms in different floors. It made things more complicated that needed.

Unfortunately the sauna was not available throughout our stay and the hotel WiFi did not work very well.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated any request we had. The breakfast was great and we had a beautiful room facing the little river which we listened to at night. The room was very clean and we slept very well.

The location in Bad Harzburg is great, there are some restaurants outside and a bus stop just a few steps away. Finding a hiking trail to the Brocken from here was very easy even in the winter season. Our room was clean and big. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was good too. We would probably stay in this or another Regiohotel in the area again.

The only problem is was the light of the parking place that was turning on and off the all night. But it was only one night, the other night was ok.

We have stayed in this hotel before and would stay again we love bad harzburg and its very close to the cable car. A bit of walk to the town and train station but not a problem for 71 year old. The breakfast is really very good and lots if choice it was my birthday while staying in this hotel and went to breakfast to find table all decorated with chocolates and small bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise we would recommend to use this hotel if staying in bad harzburg

Not easy to find as it is called Hotel Germania on the road sign boards in town and Regiohotel am Kurpark Bad Harzburg on the booking confirmation. Googlemaps has Regiohotel Germania, which is also different to the booking confirmation name.

Friendly helpful staff. Quiet comfortable clean room. Ample off road safe parking next to the hotel. Marvelous setting on the river that flows through town. Scrumptious breakfast included in the price.
