The water temperature in the shower was constantly changing. The room and linen was not clean and the painting of the walls, doors was bad.

The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Reasonable price.

Room very small, not clean. Showerhead was leaking water everywhere, no shower curtain anymore. So everything got wet and moist.

The location was nice, easy way to get the key.

It was an affordable alternative in Mönchengladbach that I really liked. The room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was also very convenient as it was close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that I felt comfortable during my stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Mönchengladbach.

Staff attitude was really poor. I asked for body wash liquid and was told none provided that it was mentioned in the advert and could not see where it was mentioned. I also asked why there there was no shower curtain in the bathroom was told that if I'm not okay with the facilities I could leave that I could only get " those luxury" in an hotel that charges premium and not for €30 that I paid (strangely I paid €38.48) and even at that these items are very basic for any accommodation. Lest I forget the windows in the room has no curtains so one is exposed to daylight/sunlight

There was no service from the property even after complaining of dirty washroom no one responded or showed up. had to leave even before my trip ended! 1. clogged sink Washroom 2. no shower curtain provided 3. No service in 3 days!

- Sheets were not changed. Someone with short black curly hair sleeped in the bed - Shower not cleaned: at my arrival dried hair in the bath draining is to be seen - Bathroom door porly repaired and painted doesn’t close, thus the smell and moisture enter the room - All doors in poor condition and not taken care of - Linoleum with multiple cigarette burns next to the bed, unchanged - None of the window blinders work Over all, if you need to stay by accident with a low budget, for a day and no other options available it may work… Otherwise don’t even think about it.

There is two things I did not like. There were not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. And the second one is that there is no chair in the accommodation. Other thing are less important, and this is minor.

It is totally what you get for this price. Comfortable beds, and private toilet on great location very close to city centre. The check in and out process is flowless and easy. Very good value for money.

We paid beforehand. When we tried to check in we were left on the street. The calls and messages weren’t answered but we saw somebody looking on the camera. Shortly after that the booking was canceled under no show. That forced us to sleep in de car.

I would be 100% happy if the TV had a signal.

There is no reception. the owner sends you the code and you get the keys from a safe. Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The bus stop is right across the street. Clean room, bathroom with towels, free wifi, window overlooking the park. There is an automatic snack and coffee vending machine at the entrance.

The owner didn’t allow us into the property, which we booked for 2 nights and paid for on booking.com as non-refundable, and another 4 nights as refundable. We were standing outside in a snowstorm, calling him about the access key for the room, he ended the call and didn’t answer any further calls to him, only after we complained to booking.com about being scammed, this guy sent us a message that cancelled the booking while he kept all the money. We had to book a different hotel at a far higher rate and had so much hassle due to this scammer, who was lying to booking.com about us not having required vaccine documents, but how could we fly from Ireland and book in the nearby Leonardo Hotel if we wouldn’t have had sufficient documents?! We will contact credit card issuer for a chargeback and contact solicitor due to him ruining our holidays, we had to find ad-hoc accommodation for the 6 nights we booked with Geroweiher Monteurzimmer.

There is NOTHING to like, because this guy tries to scam us! We can only warn any customer to be very careful and be aware that this owner may refuse entry after having been paid. DO NOT book this as a Non-refundable, because you will lose your money and booking.com will do nothing to help you!

I missed a table and a kettle (water heater) to do some tea. Also a bath soap.

Simple room, price-quality ok. Bathroom with hands-soap and towels. The heating is good. Close from the city center and the train station. There is no reception and you communicate by whatsapp. They answer quikly so it's not a problem.
