A lot of the staff didn't speak any or very little english which made it difficult for requests or questions throughout my stay. The room could get very warm and the hallways can be a bit noisy at times.

The spa and pool area was amazing. One indoor and outdoor pool with plenty of sun and day beds. They provide a pool bag and robes for convenience. The room itself was nice, a bit dated but I like it. Coffee machine with espresso capsules in the room and free tea and coffee all over the hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner was fabulous with plenty of choice to suit everyone.

The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean. Within the walking distance is a park, a forest, the old town and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The spa offers a plethora of options, besides this there is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a sauna which can be used. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choice for everyone (including vegan).

Breakfast was ok only, selection wise from a hot food choice perspective. the beds are very hard.

The spa facilities and outdoor pool are 1st class. Free refreshments also. The housekeeping staff are amazing :)

Unfortunately there was no climate control or air-conditioning available in the room. The fan provided could not do the job to get us cooled down at night.

the reception closed at 20.00 and if you had a problem you should call 9. we had a problem … our electronic key wouldn’t access our bedroom (we had two, neither would). …no one answered 9 but fortunately a barman came by chance but didn’t speak English. he couldn’t help so phoned for someone else. eventually we got a new card but an hour’s delay.

The juices during breakfast: They were better last time, when they were freshly pressed. This does not change the fact that this hotel provides one of the best breakfast options possible - not huge by choice, but excellent quality. Would be great to have that steam sauna working too next time.

In our room, there was a door issue in the bathroom. Once you close the door, then it was really hard to open and someone had to push from outside so it can open. The issue was reported as well to the reception in our check out.

The whirlpool and the pool was one of the best. Also the breakfast had a lot of options to select and eat.

People could only speak German, so we lost important info about our stay: they forgot to mention that during our stay we could have gone to visit another spa as well, which was part of the same chain of hotels, free of charge. We discovered also that there was a park with mineral drinking waters. Drinks could have been included in our meals till the end of our stay, considering we booked when the offer was on.

It is a comfortable hotel situated in a central location of the resort. The hotel inside and outside architecture makes it a pleasant stay. The room was big enough, same was the bathroom whose window I could widely open. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, maybe a bit more variation from one morning to the other would have been nice. They still offered a good selection of breads and cooked warm food. Sliced meats and fruits could have been bit fresher, as it was obvious they were kept in the fridge from one day to the other. For the rest, the meal serving place was very pleasant and nicely decorated.

Street noise when window/door open was sometimes loud. Parking was terrible, unless paying for underground car park for €15 a day which I feel is too much and not agreeable. Rooms are non smoking which we like very much being non smokers, however the balcony is used to smoke on and OF COURSE any other guests in neighboring rooms who use the balcony to smoke will kindly send all there smoke onto and into our room, which means either we could not use the balcony or wait until no one is smoking outside on theirs. I always get the feeling non smokers are often penalized in certain situations.

Very Nice Room, very Comfortable very good facilities, and excellent meals with all the trimmings. Staff were very friendly and competent. All the decor was tasteful and My Wife and I liked the Sauna and pool areas very much.
