Two small things that would be great to fix: the pillow was uncomfortable, and the curtain for the dormer window did not really block out a lot of light (because the curtain was hanging too far from the window).

The room was facing the railroad tracks, with a lot of freight trains going by during the night. It was okay with the windows closed, but still audible. The shower had no handheld shower head, only a big overhead "rain shower". There was a shower cap provided, but it still just isn't a good way to take a shower.

There aren't many facilities. in the hotel in general Also the room whilst spacious were basic - TV had no good reception, there weren't enough plug sockets and no USB outlets, there was no digital clock, the lighting was poor. Whilst the cleaning staff did a good job cleaning the room, they stand of Body Odor (everyday), so it was impossible to be in the room for a few hours after they had clean - one had to open the windows wide, even if it was cold and raining and then return to a frezzing room a few hours later.

The hotel is located near the Staatstheater Hannover right in the center of the city next to all the sightseeing. The stuff was so welcoming and warm as well.

At night the room is to dark - no lamp at the ceiling, only a somewhat dim floor lamp and wall lamps.

Bathroom had a bathtub into which you need to climb, with more risk for slipping and falling, to take a shower, and I prefer a walk-in shower, but it worked OK. Since preferring to sleep with an open window, only one cover in snowy November was too thin and I needed an extra, which was provided the next day upon request. Only one pillow, but I prefer to sit and read in a chair anyway. Breakfast 'orange juice' and other juices are too artificial and sweet for my taste in Germany, and these juices were no exception. Otherwise decent selection of hot and cold, sweet and sour.

The hotel is a short 5 minutes walk from the train station and an easy commute from the airport. Close walking distance also to the center and Christmas markets. The room was spacious and worked for me; the window could be opened for fresh air (as I prefer) and with limited noise despite being in the center/close to the railway. Bathroom and breakfast were sufficient. The receptionist was helpful when needing an extra cover (duvet/blanket was thin, and it was said one could heat up the room if wanting to, but I preferred an open window). Liked it to be possible to make myself a pot of tea instead of only cups at breakfast.

Some amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrush weren't included, but a quick phone call to reception and they delivered a set.

Nice and cosy place walking distance away from the main station. I stayed on the top floor which has a loft-feel. Plenty of light from the angled sky-lights, but you may prefer the lower floors if you want more space. Breakfast was nice! They were also kind enough to hold my luggage on the checkout date while I used my spare time to explore the city.

My stay coincided with a spell of unseasonably warm weather (something around 30*C mid-afternoon, I guess), so whilst my room was otherwise very comfortable, it did build up considerable heat during the day which left it a little warm for drifting off to sleep at night. It might not be a bad idea if the servicing staff left the curtains drawn during the day to keep the sun out.

A high quality establishment located on a main street within easy walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof, yet still quiet and away from the hustle & bustle of the station. Amiable reception staff with excellent English language skill. Spacious room with a queen bed and a bath/rain-head shower option, fridge, and safe. Buffet breakfast offering an excellent selection of fare. Excellent value for the price I paid for a three night stay. I would happily stay here again, if I find myself back in Hanover.
