Everything! Was there for weekend getaway with my Friends and we did have the time of our lives😍😍.The Staff were the most kindest. The Breakfast Buffet was spectacular. So much variety for the breakfast. The Sauna, the rooftop pool, the Spa area was amazing, it really gave us what we really wanted. The rooftop bar 👌.Rooms were clean and our Suites were home away from home.I would definitely come back. Very hospitable and beautiful modern Hotel.

The tables and the chairs in the lounge were always dirty. They charge 22 Euro per Person for using the Sauna at the Weekend (very pricey for 2 Saunas and one Hammam). The restaurant is good but pricey. It is far away from the undergroud station (there is only one bus).

The pool, the gym, the lounge and the facilities in general. The breakfast is great.

Just be aware the queen bed is actually 2 twins pushed together (which is not unusual for a hotel in this area). Also not much else within walking distance. The hotel is located in a kind of industrial area which is great for peace and quiet. But the bus stops take you where you need to go if you need a convenience store or something.

The room was so comfortable and clean! Loved the extensive breakfast buffet. We stayed here as a couple for Oktoberfest and the bus stop right in front of the hotel takes you to the nearest metro station.

Location is not for the long walks, but with a car it's a good choice to avoid traffic jams and explore suburbs. The soundproofing is not very good and you can hear loud conversations or children crying from the corridor, but no loud sounds can be heard from the neighbouring rooms.

The staff were amazing. Breakfast at the restaurant has a lot to choose from - both child and elder generation were satisfied. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking lot for additional price is available.

The location is really far away and there is nothing else around. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, with bus + train it will take 45-50 mins+ to reach Munch city. The spa was ok, but smaller than we expected. You need to pay extra fee to use a spa area even if you are a hotel guest. The housekeeper didn't really clean the room. Dust, garbage, and hair were not cleaned during our stay. They only change the towels. But it was ok.

The breakfast was fantastic! I like the rooftop pool too. The hotel is new and very modern. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I can’t say I don’t like because I was aware of the location but just keep in mind that an Uber/Taxi will cost you 20-30 euros from the hotel to Oktoberfest

It is in an industrial area and far from everything. Bus stops outside but it take a while to get to Munich or the Oktoberfest. Best for people in cars.

Nice hotel with rooftop pool and bar. Free beer on arrival was a nice touch.

Location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, more in the industrial state. 10min walk to the nearest shop to buy some water( bottle of 0.7l water in hotel is 7.90€) and place to eat about same distance. 20€ Uber taxi to get to the city center and 30€ back by motorway. 90€ to get to airport by Uber. No reasonable walking route to the center. No direct buses, only with changeover. Not bad, just be prepared to pay.

Just back from 3 night stay in Grefis hotel. Excellent service, very clean and friendly. Very good breakfast,loads of different choices for fussy eaters. Spa, gym and top roof heated pool are excellent addition to the facilities. Modern style rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Air-conditioning in the room. Cleaning service daily. Hairdryer available. No iron. Sound proof some bit. Lovely bar area.

The spa and the pool were cool and convenient to have a nice time with your friends. Breakfast was also very good, a lot of options.
