- There are no curtains, so you either have the blinds completely open or completely close - Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room - It takes about 30-40 min to get to central Munich by public transport

- The breakfast was excellent. I particularly liked the fresh and exotic fruits and the incredible soft pancakes - The dinner was also pretty good - The gym is quite big for a hotel gym. - Public transport just in front of the door (bus) - There is a spa and roof swimming pool I did not visit, but it is there

Location a ways from city but probably good for some; housekeeping noisy at 07:30am; a check in issue had front desk up charge me on something which kinda pissed me off.

Location close to Office so good for me, far away from the city center and nothing around, limited restaurant options, this is as information for others as location near office was more important. Pleasant stay, very good breakfast, clean rooms.

Location is in an industrial park, with some shopping nearby, so not the nicest location, but it is quiet at night!

Breakfast is very nice with good selection and nice seating area. Hotel is new with clean, functional, but cozy rooms and generally inviting atmosphere. Parking was included. Staff were attentive, very competent and friendly.

If you need to work from the hotel room, it has only a small table, so not so convenient. Also it's difficult to find space for more than one suitcase in the room.

That the hotel is new makes it nice. It is near the Bio Campus convenient if you have business there, near the motorway but not right next to it, not too far from the city center if you have a car, but you can also take a bus to the u-bahn or walk 30mins through a beautiful forest to get to the u-bahn stop. The forest and the meadows around Martinsreid are great for runners. The hotel caters for vegan & gluten free diets. It is possible to sleep with the window open which is nice in summer. The rooms were nice & clean.

The hotel is new, very clean and comfortable. A bit far from metro, however it was very close to my job that made my stay very convenient. Staff was very friendly and supportive.

The breakfast food was generally on the sugary side, could be healthier. The room was a little too warm without air conditioning even with outside temperature below 15C. The shower has ceiling and a hand held part, and by default the water comes from the ceiling, so if you use the handheld shower and you close the water to save it and open again, you may be in for some cold shower if you don't activate quickly the handheld part.

This hotel just opened and is not completely finished yet. They will have a spa and a rooftop with swimming pool, but they are currently building this. We traveled on a weekend, so we were not disturbed by any works. The breakfast was a really good buffet breakfast with a variety of food. The hotel has a designer look and feel, somewhat minimalist which one may like or not. The hotel is situated in an industrial area, at the limit of the city, but was safe. Although would not go for a walk there after nightfall.

although it’s out of the city or let’s say not close to the center but it’s very well connected buy public transportation the bus station is just very close to the hotel

- We waited 40 minutes for our room at the reception. They explained this by saying that the room was not ready and they were adding a bed, although we booked a Superior Queen Room with a large double bed. Why we waited so long was unclear. We were interacted (21.04.2024, evening) with alternately by a girl (who was polite and spoke good English) and a guy (who did not have any manners or good English). - After 40 minutes of waiting, the guy brought us the keys and when we entered the room, there was a strong smell of sweat and stale air. Neither I nor my girlfriend could even stand there. I asked to change the room to another, to which I received a rude answer from the guy that he would now go sniff the room and that I would go with him. When we entered the room, he pretended to smell it and, throwing up his hands, said that everything was fine, he didn’t hear any bad smell. When I said that people are different and we, as guests, cannot be here because of stinky smell and asked to change the room to another, he told me that all the rooms in this hotel are like that! I said again, that we do not require a room above the standard, we just want a clean room in which it does not stink of sweat and musty air. After which he went to call the manager and said that he would show us the second room, if we don’t like it, we can just leave! The second room that they showed already had a double bed and smelled clean, which is now completely unclear why we waited 40 minutes for them to prepare a smelly room when they had a clean room ready… - It is also worth noting that the room overlooks the courtyard in which bright lanterns shine through the window and it is impossible to sleep without tightly closed curtains. It was also unpleasant to wake up in complete darkness because I had to close the blinds. - The room also had 1 set of towels and we had to go and ask them to add a set to the bathroom since the reservation was for 2 people not 1.

- The hotel is stylish and looks modern. - The girl at the reception (21.04.2024) was polite and with a good English. - They didn't mind a bit late checkout.

We were extremely disappointed with the hotel's service. Prior to arriving we have asked (and the hotel confirmed) for synthetic bedding because one of us is heavily allergic to feathers. We arrived quite late due to very bad weather conditions on the road and despite the previous confirmation, all the bedding in our room was NOT synthetic. It’s ok to make mistakes but the front desk service was extremely rude and unhelpful, said there was nothing he could do in a very dismissive way, that he was only responsible for the reception and actually didn't work there. He only took action after very stressful and unpleasant exchanges and we were given child size duvets (and no pillows) with no covers and were left to make our bed and left to sleep in very uncomfortable conditions. This was definitely one our worst hotel experiences.

The breakfast was great and the location is easily reachable from the highway.
