The receptionist looked like she was having a bad day, not very friendly, but polite. Location wide, not convenient at all. We had to get a S Bahn train and walk quite a lot (including going through some weird non-safe looking areas) to get to the hotel. If you have less luggage, it is better with bus, but since we have a bit the train was more spacious. You need to get a bus or train for literally anywhere you wanna go.

Great breakfast, room very comfortable and spacious. Room was very clean. There is a supermarket conveniently at the back of the hotel, which was very cool.

Ideally would be good if there was some air conditioning (cold air) in the room, had to sleep each night with both windows open in order to regulate the room temp.

The room was smaller than expected, lacked soundproofing resulting in noise from neighboring rooms, and the heaters keep making disruptive noises. Additionally, the distance from the main train station was a bit far when using public transportation.

The mattress in my room sagged a lot and was not comfortable to sleep on.

I booked a single room with an attached bathroom. The size of the room was adequate and there was a table and a chair for me to be able to work. I paid about 12-15 Euro for the breakfast. I am glad that the hotel included vegan milk options in their breakfast buffet which was not there the last time. Apart from this, there are breads, margarine, fruits and pickled vegetables, cornflakes and musli as the vegan options. Location is ideal for me as I travelled for work. Someone traveling for the purpose of tourism may prefer a more central location. However, the hotel is about 15 mminutes walk from the train station and the bus stop is about a few meters away.

Room temperature was very high; opening windows to cool down was difficult due to noise from street.

We liked the sauna very much:) We could tell the staff in advance when we wanted to go and they made sure that it was heated up. We could also use it on the day of our departure. All in all we had a very comfortable stay.

Location was far from most attractions but can get into town with a 10 minute walk and a train ride. We also got 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a double but can’t complain.

Great value for money! Nice and clean, staff were friendly and efficient, comfortable bed. Quiet and close to lots of supermarkets. Really no issues .

No coffee making facilities in rooms, no blinds so was abit bright at night, two singles come apart fairly easy at night

Clean, modern feel, spacious and good connections for transport. Also right opposite a lovely gym and has a roof top spa in the other building, front desk were incredibly helpful from the get go.

It would be nice to have at least a bottle of water given in the rooms. The bar doesn’t work after 8, as well as the supermarkets surrounding (at least during the weekend), so if you haven’t bought anything Before, you might be in trouble. 😂

The hotel is simple but clean and nice. Even though it is not in the centre, it is very well connected with all parts of the city. People at the front desk are very kind and eager to help.

Hotel was great for a short city break stay. Easily able to jump on the train to get to the centre, and Munich was lovely!
