Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Nothing was bad.
Upon arriving, the building looks like an average motel with no real flair. It was nice, but once entering the lobby, it was another world. A beautifully well done modern motel deserving of the four stars it represents. Super clean and quiet. Front staff was a bit neutral, not super friendly or bad, just average people doing their job. The breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were both very out-going and friendly. Would very much recommend this motel for furture stays.

The duvets were too warm for the time of year.
We stopped off for one night on our way north and it was just what we needed. There's a restaurant on-site but also two supermarkets, (Rewe and Lidl), very close by. We room was very quiet and the mattresses comfy. There was even a free bottle of water, a kettle and tea and coffee in our room. The breakfast was also very good with a nice selection. Something for everyone. All fresh meats, cheeses, etc were in protective glass cabinets. The breakfast room was large with additional outdoor seating. Everywhere was extremely clean.

Bathrooms were a bit tight, but overall very functional.
Breakfast Buffet with great selections - i didn't expect the huge varieties that were offered. Dozens of bread and rolls, also gluten free. Various styles of Eggs, cold cuts, smoked salmon, antipasti, caprese, cheeses, and so on. The overall offer was a level that i know from high price 5 star hotels.

the room itself is not any problem. Iam also a professional Painter (in my free time - Kropp-art.com) but i do have to mention that the style of the picture is something a trained eye is not considering as Art. It is fast produced, target was to bring colors on it and it is more distracting and not promoting the building. Also the room numbers and the shields where Art related not good. I would prefer that at least those shields have a better style and more PC Printed in Capital Letter and a nice Font.

I arrived late at night due to a change of flight from the airline. The hotel tried to charge my credit card to no avail. The keys of the room was wait for me in the special box out site they have. The bad thing was that the next day they demanded that I pay before I even got my breakfast. Put more smile on your reception. Definitely i stay again.

In contrast to the information on booking.com and the booklet in the room the E-Chargers on the Parking Lot were NOT SUITABLE FOR NON-TESLA VEHICLES (TYPE 2) I could not charge and needed support from my customer in Katzenfurt as I did not have enough charge to meet them in the restaurant that night. YOU MUST CORRECT THE INFORMATION OR INSTALL ANOTHER CHARGER FOR TYPE2 CHARGING.

They messed up my booking an so there was no key in the key box. I had to wait 30 minutes outside until someone came to check me in. I didn't even get an apology.

The beds in the room were horrible, the the mattresses were overused and could be renewed. As well I would expect a better TV in the room for a 4* Hotel.
The Staff was friendly, especially in the restaurant. the Restaurant next to had very tasty food. The breakfast was "okish"
