We were excited about a hotel with its own on-site restaurant, even though prices are inflated. The schnitzel was not good, a cheap, hard fried piece of meat. It is a lovely restaurant and staff were very nice, but the food was not good. Would seek out another dining option in the future. Wish it had been good.

Lovely and relatively new hotel. The room had a small side window to allow fresh air from outside in. Typically in these types of multi floors you are locked into breathing only inside air. We were very happy with the option to allow fresh air in! Everything was new, very clean, staff very pleasant and professional, great parking options onsite. We highly recommend!

Room chair is wooden and not as comfortable. Room is a bit small but still offers good value for money.

Great location with bus stops just outside the hotel. Okay sized room, very clean and with complementary mini bar for superior room. Very good food from the restaurant. Friendly and supportive staff.

Room is quite small for 2 ppl with luggage Restaurant: restricted choice for dinner, although the menu is quite nice. Yet, only Schnitzel (in 3 ways, but still, just schnitzel) was available. Breakfast cold cuts is the cheapest and of lowest quality

Gift voucher not redeemable on food at beak fast but only on drinks at bar After paying cash for all my drinks and food every night only to be told on last morning that i should have redeemed it previous night as could not be used for breakfast Rather stop the incentive scheme of vouchers or train your staff to have discretion After a great stay a rather sullen attitude person left me feeling unhappy after spending 800 euros All because of a few euros voucher

We were told the bar is open until midnight and then after our Concert we came back around 10, the bar was already close because no customer has come for over an hour. So that was a dissapointment for a great evening. But luckly Moxy hotel bar was still open( They also didnt had any Customer but stayed open)

The hotel was close to our Concert location, and the room was very clean an modern. A good selection of Breakfast.

Nothing particularly. A bit highly priced though. Good if you are by car or on business trip in that area. Otherwise nothing to see or do arround.

Pretty and new hotel situated in a business area. Very good breakfast (omelette in request was prepared), nice restaurant with schnitzel menu for dinner using the same place. Modern room, very clean. Parking 18 eur/night, no street options available. For us it was on a reasonably short distance from Messe Frankfurt (and reasonablr price compared to other hotels during fair)

Nothing about the hotel, it was lovely for a last minute stay. It's a €39.50 taxi ride from the airport. There is no public transport or shuttle.

There were no water kettle available to make tea or coffee in room. A pair of slippers to walk inside room in winters would have been great to have.

Despite being a new hotel, there are no facilties for charging your car.

It's a brand new hotel, which is notable. The hotel room is very clean, modern, with very comfortable beds. The hotel is not far from the highway, there is a large parking to park your car (€15). The staff is friendly and helpful. It's pretty easy to go to Frankfurt via the public transport (15 min walk) to the train. And the breakfast is good. For the coffee lovers, their coffee is pretty strong.
