Extremely rude staff, the room was not cleaned even after putting out the card. They promise a free drink if you don’t ask for room cleaning. Not very hospitable for the price point.

I liked the hotel , it was clean friendly staff , if you ask for something they do their best to help , only 3 minutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes walk to the city centre, and the only problem was that most staff don't speak a word in English.

The breakfast was very good although there it is cold cuts but a lot of variety, but there were times when somethings were missing and it took 2 days to have them back, but we had different fresh bread everyday.

Good breakfast and great location. However, the equipment is a little outdated. Clean bathroom and you can exchange the room cleaning for a drink. All in all a very accommodating hotel, with good staff with whom you can clarify everything! Don't forget, right on a busy road and next to the police station.

Spacious room for one. Quiet. I could leave my bag at the reception prior to check-in. Requested a kettle in my room before arrival which worked out. Breakfast was great and the bed was super as well. A fan was in the room, it was quite warm and the fan was really helpful. Very close to Mannheim HBF.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Easy to get into town in a matter of minutes. Other than that the word that keeps springing to mind is "adequate". The hotel itself was clean all be it very dated. Only the carpets let it down when it comes to cleanliness. The were disgraceful. The staff were polite and professional. The big disappointment for me was the breakfast buffet. Again, "adequate" but lacking in choice and a real let down. The quality of what was there was "adequate" but was the bare minimum of what you would require. No scrambled egg, bacon, salmon or anything to make it remotely memorable. If you need a safe and reasonably priced overnight stay with no frills you'll be ok, if you're on a weekend break, as we were, you may be better off looking for an alternative.

We had 2 single beds next to each other instead of a double bed and 2 small single duvets. The stuff at breakfast was very friendly and when we asked for refills we immediately got them, but I wish they were a bit more proactive and refilled the breakfast items without us having to ask every time.

The location of the hotel is good as it's very close to the train station and the city center. The room was also quite big and clean.

The rooms could be renovated.

The room had a good size and the bathroom was clean, the decoration is a bit outdated so it seems too dark. The breakfast was good, it included juice, coffee, bread, ham, cheese, and vegetables. The location is perfect, two minutes away from the train station. 24/7 reception.

We had booked a double room, but they gave us a single room. They changed our room right after we complained. The room was mostly clean, but the bathroom had a really bad smell.

The Window was not airtight enough. Since I was there in winter, it was extremely cold in the room at night when turning the heaters off. It was also very loud due to the same issue of the window not being airtight enough.

Location is however great. Bf was good. Staff were very friendly, Check in and check out were probably the fastest in my life :) Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Overall, I would say it was a good choice compared to the money I paid. I would go there again, but next time I will check the window for sure.
