The staff were great with excellent communication before and during our stay. The room was fantastic so much space for a family of 3 adults. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices. The location was perfect so close to the old town. Loved it we didn’t want to leave and we will definately make sure we come back. Check-in was interesting. One member of staff interrupted by two other guests. Not a major issue, more a problem with the other guests that the staff member.

Breakfasts were excellent, the room comfortable and spacious with big windows onto Wachtstrasse and a 5-minute walk to the main market square and medieval streets of old Bremen. The hotel is quite large but felt cosy and quiet.

This hotel is right in the old town so you can easily walk to the different attractions. Modern large room, very comfortable and quiet. Good quality breakfast and helpful staff.

A bit expensive. Although it was the third week of September it was too hot for the quilt. Staff should provide a light bedsheet, so that one can choose whether to cover with the quilt or not. Although the Bathroom was perfect, with a wide shower cubicle, manufacturers should invent a low shelf where one can place one's foot to soap, rinse and dry the legs. This is general, not specific to the hotel. There is a coffee machine for pods, and they provide tea bags, but there was no small electric kettle for hot water.

Location is absolutely perfect. Room is of a good size and clean. Breakfast had a wide choice and opens at 06.30 Helpful reception staff. The tram from the airport to the centre is a boon.

The hotel is right around the corner from city center. Breakfast was great. Public transit is around the corner. It was an awesome stay.

The parkade was expensive and difficult to maneuver in. The location was touristy and crowded with lots of smoking. There was no place to wash out some clothes because the sink had no stopper.

Staff were helpful. Brought us a kettle. Helped us with the safe. Breakfast was good. It was quiet for sleeping.

I would personally appreciate to have more vegetables to choose. Also I asked about gluten-free bread and it took approx. 10min to get it (and no info was provided how long it will take and the eggs were getting cold while waiting) - it would be nice to have it ready or to have a sign that gluten-fee option is available :) (otherwise you had amazing choices of various "normal" breads!)

Perfect location in city centre, close to tram station and comfortable to reach the airport. Clean and nice room, comfy bed & pillows, modern equipment. Receptionists very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice, fresh, tasty. I would recommend for a business trip.

Located in a quiet street, so not disturbed by traffic noise. Good central location with a passage leading from reception, straight to the tourist office and the Böttcherstrasse. Our room was large and comfortable, shower and towels good and the staff friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with a wide range to choose from. We have stayed in an H+ hotel before and would definitely choose one again. Vielen Dank!

We haven't enjoyed the reception staff service. We didn't receive any answer to our questions about the surroundings, neither recommended restaurants nor museums or music events. All in all, 0 advice :(

Parking is difficult when you have a big car or roofbox / rooftop tent (> 2 metres). Then you have to walk 15 minutes to a location further away (though this was not an issue for us). Carpet in the breakfast room is an awkward choice, but the hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere else!

Great location, just meters away from the main square of the city. Big rooms, very modern and original, comfortable, friendly and competent staff. Very good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

We arrived 15 minutes before check-in after a long drive with our two kids. The (friendly) receptionist said the room "was not ready yet". If it would've been me, I wouldn't have left a family waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. Although the room was nice and the beds fine, the pillows were terrible. I folded mine and still, it was too thin. I'd really recommend the hotel to change the pillows. The lobby is relatively small and there is nothing to do in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is nice, it's just around the corner from the city centre. The room was spacious and the beds (1 regular, 1 sofa bed) were nice. The breakfast was good and there was a nice selection of bread, meat, cheese, cereals etc.
