Great value for money , car park and breakfast

No negatives that I can think of.

The hotel has a good price/quality ratio and was a positive suprise. The room had a coffee machine and a bacony with a a pleasant view. There is a small gym and two saunas on a higher floor, giving a nice view over the Frankfurt city line. The breakfast was really good. One can park for free along the street opposite the hotel entrance, though I was advised for safety of the car to park at the hotel's supervised partking, at 15 Euros, which is a fair deal compared with most hotels around Frankfurt or the Frankfurt airport. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport by car. I don't know how one gets there without a car, but at least in my case it was easy to get to and from the hotel by car.

The room was very spacious and very clean. We booked a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The beds were comfortable. Also I needed to attend a few virtual meetings. They have a business center where I could in peace take those meetings and this was really good.

An option for a harder pillow as the offered pillows are (both) very soft. Cannot set airconditioning to personal taste.

clean room, everything wend smooth, checking in, checking out. Rooms have a shower with a strong water output. A good location for businesses visiting the messe / exhibition, it's conveniently nearby.

Perfect stop relatively over close to motorway but quiet and lovely location next to a large wooded area in which I could walk the dog and stretch my legs

Parking charge €15 per day is a little bit high. Breakfast price increased from €15 to €21.

Quiet place, in the middle of a forest park. Not far from the downtown and the airport. Convenient for travel around. The room is big. The view is nice out of the balcony.

Good location from the highway - GIF good for a stopover. Our room was huge and the bed was so comfortable (and also huge). Checkout was at noon so we could leave at a leisurely pace. There were complimentary bottles of water in the room.

the temperature in the room was too warm and we could not get it cold. The bar was lacking any atmosphere. also the bartender was not very happy working there it seemed.

They have their own, big parking - so charging 15 Eur for this is not justified. Its not a city centre busy area - its on a suburbs and there is plenty of parking space.

It's a perfect hotel for staying over night or two when on the road. You will sleep there very well as there is absolutely no noise from any road or railway etc. The family room is really big and well equipped. Beds are very comfy, bathroom clean and full of utilities. If you travel with children and/or pet its just perfect.

No fridge in the room. Shower with a curtain is not nice, change for a glass cabin would be much suitable for 4 stars hotel. Shampoo/Gel bottle was empty in the shower. Guy working at reception at that evening(check-in was at 23.00) was very unprofessional. He found my reservation through last name but said it wasn’t paid, despite it was. So i was in need of giving my card again and i was charged twice. Once by booking.com and second by property itself. He didn’t give any information about facilities of hotel (gym, sauna, breakfast). I travel a lot within Germany and abroad, normally you are getting information about breakfast and they suggest to try it or other facilities, I didn’t get any of that. He was unfriendly and impolite. The way he treats guests is not acceptable, especially for so called 4 star hotel. 15€ extra for parking when you are a guest, is a complete rip-off.

I really liked spacious room, comfortable bed. Didn’t have time for sauna but we checked it out and ambience was really nice there. Gym was really small, just 4 or 5 machines, 1 of them was out of order.

I believe that there is space for improvement on how certain requests are being processed by the reception. They kept forwarding me to other departments, and it was the same contact number, so I did not manage to have my request fulfilled on time.

The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

The heating was very old, made me wake up at night with my mouth completely dry. The kettle for tea had noodles remains that someone cooked inside. Luckily I saw and cleaned in the sink, but I didn't use it, needed further deep clean. I asked for a high room in the app which was confirmed by message replied by the hotel, and on check in hotel gave me 2nd floor. When on check in, receptionist said that sauna was on 4th floor, which was confusing. Same receptionist was very confusing when charging my booking. I added breakfast on check in, he said a price + my booking, but when I paid the money it charged only the breakfast. Confused staff.

There was sauna and the breakfast was very good. The bartender staff was adorably friendly, funny and kind. Also there was an old man at the reception, bringing tea to the rooms, he was super kind. Staff overall friendly.
