The apartment was new, well equipped, there was everything you need! It was warm and comfortable stay, bed was good, pillows, clean towels. There is a decent kitchen, it’s perfect for 2-3 days stay! The hosts are nice and next time we are going to return!

On a busy road but double glazing meant no noise in the apartment. Big plates didn't fit in the dishwasher.

The apartment was spotless & had everything we needed for our stay. It is spacious. Has a very good shower. Bus stop very close. We took the bus 2 stops to the U Bahn station to get to the Hauptbahnhof. Took about 40 minutes. Lidl supermarket across the road. WiFi fast. Very comfortable bed. Would certainly book again.

This specific apartment is facing a busy street and a bus stop is right outside which can make it noisy at night and morning, however when the windows are closed it's pretty quiet.

Great place to stay near Hamburg. It's a big studio apartment with lots of light. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.

The technology managing the door codes was not reliable. I was lucky to meet a person cleaning the apartments, and he sorted the code out. But if I had arrived later, it would have been a real problem.

the mattress was very comfortable however i prefer a queen size mattress. the two twin beds kept separating and provided a challenge for sleeping close to my partner.

The floors were dirty/ dusty on arrival, otherwise everything was good.

The place was comfortable and homely. It was a good location with proximity to buses to get to the city but in a quiet spot otherwise. A big plus was having appliances in the kitchen and a washing machine to use when travelling. Self check-in was straightforward and helpful.

If you don't drive and your purpose is to visit hamburg city this is quite far from center, the bus rides lasts almost 45mins. But we coped well with that.

I liked everything about these apartments. We were 3 Families and I booked 3 separate rooms. They were all fully equipped and comfortable. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. We stayed in the summer and Fans were provided. Also the staff and contact were really friendly and attended to our needs promptly.

We had to close the windows at night because of the noise of busy traffic. We only had one mug and one wine glass at our disposal. The tap of the kitchen sink was standing loose - needs to be fixed. Water in the shower drains away very slowly.

Clean apartment on 1st floor. Lift available. Nearby bus stop was very convenient: it took us to metro stop Niendorf Markt (line 2) in less than 10 minutes. Lidl supermarket was across the main road.

Parking can be difficult to find. The hotel faces a main road, which means cars can be heard early in the morning, if the windows are open.

Smooth and perfect stay, starting from check-in to location and room/bathroom facilities. It's rare to find a so well equipped place with such a good price. The apartment is very welcoming and bright, with many modern accessories and some really appreciated extras.

The host was amazing, we had an issue with the tv and he came round to fix it within 30 minutes and offered some great local restaurant suggestions. The facilities are great, everything you need from an appartment! There are a lot of nice touches such as mood lighting, streaming services and a nespresso machine. The bus stop to central hamburg is just outside the door. Would definitely stay again!
