The cooked breakfast was a bit meagre. & having to book a table for breakfast was a bit of a nuisance.

Well located for everything. Easy to get to by metro from the airport. No need for expensive taxis. Rooms were quiet. Plenty of free coffee on request for the room. 24 hr manned desk for all your needs

Small hotel with attentive and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Our room faced towards the courtyard garden, so it was quiet at night. Good cafés and restaurants nearby. Not far to Ubahn.

Cozy, small, clean hotel with friendly staff. U-Bahn station nearby; 20 minutes to walk to Messe or Landungsbrucke. Great breakfast from buffet and menu! Air conditioned rooms with coffee machine and complimentary water. Good WiFi!

The surrounding area to walk after dark.

Everything was really good except the location. We didn't feel that much comfortable because of the surrounding. The area is really good for couples but probably not for the family. Really nice breakfast and atmosphere.

I usually don't like carpeting on floors, cause of allergies. Just pointing out, but didn't had any problems and it seemed clean.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We were in 3 people and didn't had any problems accommodating. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed a lot of staying here. Everything was perfect. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is good, place is very clean, cozy and nice. It’s a quiet street and windows don’t let noise in. There is also air condition in the room. I llike soft matress and I get soft topmatress when I said the matress was for me too hard. When I’m in Hamburg next time I hope I can stay here again!

What I didn't like: - there is no mini-fridge in the room - you can make only coffee in the room and I prefer tea - you have to leave your key in the reception every time you want to leave the hotel

I was expecting double but, but got twin.

Lovely hotel, stylish rooms, extremely friendly staff, and hot breakfast made to order with delicious fresh juries just yummy! I loved that in the room toilet is separated from the shower! Good and quite location.

For the price and location, nothing could be improved.

The room size was good and the bed comfortable. Unlike a lot of hotels I stay in, the temperature in the room was not to hot. Breakfast was a good buffet with an option of freshly cooked scrambled eggs. A good choice of hotel for anyone travelling to Hamburg on business.

The selection of TV channels was disappointing with no basic international channels such as BBC, CNN, Netflix.

Excellent breakfast buffet with eggs cooked per request and nice drink selection. Hotel's location was a ten-minute walk from two Hamburg subway lines for easy access to all parts of the city, with the main train station 8 minutes away. Internet connections lightning fast!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful and served a good breakfast. Feels like everyone enjoys working there! Stayed on 1st floor and sound-proofing was very effective to allow for a good night's sleep despite being so close to the nightlife.
