How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pillows were too soft and had trouble getting ordinary black tea. All fancy ones or Earl Grey
Staff were very helpfull. I think it was the manager who kindly changed our small room for a bigger room

I wish that breakfast and shuttle services were offered by 6AM - I could have availed of these important airport hotel services! Nevertheless, the hotel stay was worth if for a comfortable lay over.
I liked that a shuttle was available from the airport to the hotel. The staff at check-in (particularly Barbara) were welcoming, informative, respectful. I liked my quiet room, close to the elevator. I liked that there were choices of restaurants or cafes in the area. It was good to be able to walk around the area - quiet, safe, low traffic business zone.

The first room they gave us the toilette was dirty, so they gave us another room. The key card didn't work very well on the elevators. But the staffs helped us with that.
The breakfast is wonderful. I would stay there again for sure. It's a good location. Some restaurants around.

No supermarket around and once you go back to the hotel, you could not find any other places to walk around.
The mattress is good and breakfast tastes good too.

Shuttle to airport was misleading. We couldn’t locate the free shuttle at the airport so we took a taxi and the shuttle back to the airport was NOT free. So again we took a taxi. That was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. Very disappointing.

The room was small, shuttle to the hotel was complimentary but to the airport we needed to pay 6euro per person, with the price of the hotel it seems redundant.
The room was clean and have everything you need. Breakfast was very nice. close to the airport.

The staff was a bit rude and that was because there was only one person at a time to check-in. The stow room was okay. The bus stop was totally inconvenient because of the luggage we had. I would recommend a taxi instead. The shuttle bus kept complaining too because people just boarded without tickets and there was not much he could control.
The hotel was good. Basic amenities and good enough facilities

We only got one key card for three people and it seemed it the keycard, while electronic, was "permanently" programmed for the very room we got, rather than what is common in most modern hotel, that keycards are simply programmed anew on arrival and which thus allow for several cards to be easily issued for the same room. Another difficulty with the keycard was that when it had to be presented to the card reader in the lifts, it took a long time before the reader approved it and we could choose our floor.
The hotel was very good, located very close to the airport and with a friendly receptionist. Breakfast was reallt good and the beds really comfortable. Compared with other hotels of a similar standards, this one was clearly the best value (price) at the time I booked it.

The food was very bad. They just microwaved some chicken nuggets, they were really soggy. Not again
Very clean, friendly personal and very good location. The room I stayed in was very big and comfortable. I have come to this hotel for more than 3 times now. They also packed me a breakfast because I had to check out very early (in the early morning before breakfast was served). I was really surprised by that.

Limited options in the restaurant-they offered pizza only on our last 2 stays, although it is good pizza we would prefer more options.
Close proximity to Frankfurt International Airport with on site parking. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Airport shuttle also available if needed.

Evening service at the cafe in the lobby was a bit slow.

The shower water is not warm enough and during taking shower it changes form pleasant warm to almost cold. I did not enjoy it.
the breakfast was reasonable, not many choices for vegan people. Room was good and comfortable. Airport is very close. Hotel has Shuttle bus but the price for Taxi is between 6-10 Euro.
