How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bed were a little too firm for me but told overall were nice.
Very close to the airport, and shuttle was provided for 6 euros/adult. I didn't get a chance to eat the full breakfast because we had an early flight, but it looked great. Staff was friendly and offered dining recommendations that were great!

The hotel is quite easily reachable from the Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1. It is suitable for short stop-over and the breakfast is very good.

There is no parking garage. A few temporary parking spots are available.

Overpriced! I booked a room for €170 per night the next day the price went down to €149😉 then went further down….😕 No restaurant, good thing Holiday Inn served dinner which is just across Hampton!

We were couple and I my room on the left side of the bed the space to was too short get off and walk in middle of night to go to Toilet, the room in all was slightly small. The lift(elevator) does not worl if you do not uses room plastic card key, but when elevator accepts your key acces so it doesn't makes any beep noice, so you doesn't gets to know that has the elevator accepted the key or not, so you keeps trying several times
The location was best, after having dinner in Zeil(shopping area) which is very far from Hotel, i catched train S8 and got drop of at a train station near hotel, and reached hotel easily by 4mins walk. Then next morning i got Taxi from hotel to airport Terminal -2 just for €8. The breakfast was the best among all that i have done in Frankfurt in last 15days during my sixteen times stays

An English entertainment television channel (not just news) would have been good.
Close to the airport with access via a shuttlebus makes this a convenient hotel for a base during a stay in FRA. The hotel is clean, modern with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are small but still well-proportioned with a great shower. The nearby S-ban provides easy access to the city and there are busses that could be used during the strike.

When we went down for breakfast, we couldn't help seeing the huge TV playing CNN in the hotel restaurant. You get propaganda shoved down your throat before you even manage to take a sip of water after waking up. Not the best way to start our day and finish our holidays. The breakfast was fine otherwise.
We had a spacious room with a spacious bathroom, and the communication with the hotel in advance was good (e.g. the information about the transfer bus from the airport, easy check-in and check-out).

Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at the hotel late and hungry. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant was still open. However, the waiter made it quite clear that he was very unhappy about our late order, which negatively affected our overall experience of the stay.
A good option for one night in case of a delayed flight or waiting for a plane. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty.

Only one staff on duty checking in/out at 10:30 p.m.for almost 20 people at that day, the stuff was too busy to answer questions, I was confused on how to take the airport shuffle because there was no instruction or map, and the spot was not at the door of the hotel. also sometime the elevator buttons in the hall doesn't work well.
