I stay at Hana Aparthotel in 3 single beds room with 2 friends. It's a clean and well fournished place. There is a bus stop just next to the hotel and you can reach city center of Hambourg in like 40-50 minutes. There are buses to come until 1am.

Kitchen is very very small, and we had to make sure everything was cleaned and dried or we'd be fined 40 EUR. I felt that was a bit strange for a hotel.

Bunk beds are always a hit with our children, but the ladder is a bit tricky to climb, so be very very careful. The furnishing is nice, it's a very functional room. They sent us very detailed check in instructions, it was very clear what to do.

Heating didnt work well, staff got us portable heater the following night, that helped! It was very crammed for 5 people.

all contact is done by mail/whatsapp (including check-in with codes etc) but it was super easy and practical. the staff is there, but you do not really "need" them. Spoke perfect English. Parking at property = safe when travelling with full car.

The fact that they charged my creditcard without permission while the website of booking clearly stated that my details would solely be used to make the reservation. I dont mind the fact they charged my creditcard, but i really dislike it happened without any permission or given knowledge about it. I found out they did when i asked how i could pay for all.

Too many restrictions, wifi is very weak, host does not pay too much attention to it. According to host wifi is non obligatory service. But I think in this advance world wifi is must and the signal for wifi can be easily extended to individual room with little expense. I think the cost for room is too high

The location is very nice, detailed checkin information's were provided on the time of checkin i.e 3:00PM. Host is very responsive though you dont see him/her ;-)

It is basically hotel and not an aparthotel, at least that was case with our room. We have booked a room for four, and all kitchen utilities were placed around the room. There was no place for separate dining place, and for that reason we couldn't even use it.

Hotel located in nice and quiet neighborhood. Stuff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable.

There was no towel for the baby and no reception to request an extra towel. The beds and pillows weren't super comfortable. For us the worst was really the windows. There was a window just above the bed that did not have a blackout. That made it super hard to put the baby to sleep and to fall asleep ourselves. During the night there was also a lot of light coming from the outside. Overall I think it was expensive but that seems to come with the fact that it is near Hamburg (about 30min by car).

The check in was via whatsapp and had detailed instructions on how to park, enter the building and the room. I think that was very well arranged. The room was quiet even though it was near the entrance stairs. Everything was super clean, the room was in very good condition and was well equipped to prepare meals for us and the baby.

Off site parking in a residential area - in this case, a 5 minute walk. They advertise on site but that is VERY limited. Bathroom is large but due to layout and set up, use of shower causes everything to get soaked. Beds somewhat narrow and lighting at one bed non-operative.

Woman that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and patient. Room was clean, tidy and quiet. Also, roomy, but then I paid for that.

This was the perfect place for us to stop after a very long drive from south of France. The hosts were absolutely lovely, and were kind enough to wait for us until very late to make sure we had a good space to park our car (as we had bikes on it). They even left a bottle of wine and some sweets for the kids! The rooms were sparkling clean, beds were super comfortable. The village is very quiet and nice. I would highly recommend Hana Aparthotel to anyone who needs to stop overnight or want to enjoy the area!
