You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThere is no elevator in the hotel. On site parking is limited although there are plugins for electric vehicles. Some people might be bothered by street noise if the room opened onto the street as ours did but it did not bother us and we had a good night's sleep.
This hotel is located very close to the train station and was only a 15 minute to the heart of old town Luebeck . The room was clean and large. The bed was large and comfortable. For an extra charge we enjoyed the selection of various meats, cheeses, bread, orange juice, and endless tea or coffee.

AustraliaLack of check-in post 8pm not what one expects from a hotel compounded by no answer to calls emails. Even airbnb provides that. I had to book another hotel as train was delayed by an accident and I would have had no bed. Some form of coded door lock should be possible and is at many places now. Very old fashioned approach and unrealistic these days.

PolandShower was a really small niche in the bathroom, with some traces of mold however one could see a lot of effort the owners put in keeping it clean and usable. Overall not a big issue, totally usable.

Well located for the train station. Short walk into Lubeck. Room was quiet. The single room was quite small but more than adequate. Bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were fine. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The stay as a whole was very good value.

The girl on reception was friendly and checked us in early. Another staff member, a man, was also really friendly and recommended a nearby restaurant ( an old fire station ) which was very good. Very convenient for buses & trains
