The hotel is nice and clean, location is excellent Only problem was the mattress on the bed is extremely uncomfortable, they need to invest in some decent mattresses

0-24 Reception, my room was quite in the night, I could sleep really good! Also you could buy some water and drinks for 2 Eur at the reception, there was also a board where it was written where you can get groceries and go eat—> I loved that cause it saved me a lot of time

Rooms are not soundproof, loud people walking and shouting outside your room in the morning and in the evening. Our stay in February 2024 left much to be desired. The WiFi was a significant downside. Additionally, basic amenities such as a hair dryer, tea or coffee in the room, tissue box, robes, and room slippers were missing. Considering the high price, the lack of these essentials made the experience quite disappointing. The awkward shower setup, facing the wall, added to the inconvenience, YOU WILL HAVE TO HOLD THE SHOWER ON YOUR HAND IF YOU WANT IT FACING YOUR BODY instead of the wall. Overall, the stay did not justify the expensive price tag.

There were only two things I might suggest to change or revisit, the first being the Internet connection which did not make it very well to our room on the 4th floor (we barely had wifi at all) and the second being the "twin bed" which is made of two single beds joined together, with a rather uncomfortable separation in the middle which makes it virtually impossible to do anything on the bed except for, well, sleeping separately. It seems basically designed to keep away the other person rather than inviting them, if you know what I mean.

The Hostel is very simple but on the whole quite clean and, though basic, well-equipped to meet any traveler's needs. I especially liked the recommendations board, and it is well connected to the metro, bus and train stations. The interior decor of the room was not tacky at all, and the private bathroom was quite spacious for a hostel.

The room was not prepared for 4 people, there were only two towels and 2 out of 4 beds did not had sheets

the sheets they gave us was smelling like humans. And for some reason they took them out next day and didnt give us again. And i think there is people that lives in the hostel for some time. Which is a bit annoying. You feel like u are invading someone elses house.

The room was cold. The radiators were only mildly warm. I asked the reception to do something, but no change for the next nights :(. The bathroom luckily warmed up and I could take a warm showers. The wifi was slow and broke irregularly.

Not quite ok for small kids - the room was quite small so they couldn't move around. It could also be quite noisy as the walls are thin and you hear anyone walking in the corridor.

The people at the reception were super friendly and checking in/out was super fast. Cleanliness in the room was also ok.

I booked a room for one person, but they changed my room with a 5-seater but I lived there alone. In the first day Wi-Fi did not work in the room and the shower curtain in the room does not really help because the water still floods the floor

I liked the location, it is quite convenient to get to the main attractions. Friendly staff, quickly and promptly answered questions. the reception is open 24 hours, which is also convenient

Not a big fan of having the bathroom/ shower in the room since that can be quite noisy/ a it of a problem if you just need to quickly go to the loo in the middle of the night but someone is having a long shower.

Nice area, close to supermarket and train station. Hostel was nice and quiet, everyone was very respectful.

Can be quite noisy as they take groups but usually ok by bedtime. A bit noisy from the main road too if you have a room facing it

A good sized room for the price as anyone who has looked will know how expensive Berlin is especially near the centre.No frills room as it has no tv or tea/ coffee making facilities but they sell drinks downstairs. Will need to use public transport to get to the sites as it is out of town but there are underground stations nearby and plenty of places to eat and drink. Place is kept clean

The hostel is huge, laid out over 5 floors with maze-like corridors. I stayed on the top floor and it was always a mission to get there and out of there.

The general cleanliness of the place and its proximity to public transport.
